Best thing to do. Divorce. Go back to your country. Have your new love apply for k1 visa.

There is absolutely nothing you can do to obtain a legal status from within the US. K1 beneficiaries only get green cards through their petitioners.

On a personal note: that was fast. Came here in April, divorce and already met someone new you are willing to marry.

Either way. Time to pack your bags.

So this is my thought, officer thinks you are going to look for work. Not only can “see what US has to offer” be ambiguous in that sense, but it takes time and money to apply for a visa and to only have a vague answer of “touring” implies you haven’t actually done any research as to where or what you’d like to visit, yet you’re spending money on the visa and planning to fly halfway round the world on a vague notion.
    It sounds suspicious.

not sure they really care where else you’ve been to be honest. Why do they need to look inside your passport? The form if I recall only asks about US travel history, not anywhere else.

The main thing a CO is looking for is proof of no intent to immigrate.  They determine the validity of the proof by looking at how strong your ties are back to where you are currently living, as one example.  Proof of employment, active bank accounts, proof of being able to finance your trip, proof of assets, proof of home/lease, etc. are all good things if you have them.

    Good luck.

Shouldn't be a problem since the Party of No controls all three branches of the government. Don't like it, get rid of it. Simple.

This is the saddest aspect when folks parrot poorly thought out opinions (lies) from these online rags that have no ethics of journalism involved and are only interested in clicks or the propoganda effect.

The National Enquirer perfected the print version  and now the Goebels wannabes have moved it online teansforming celebrity gossip to political and progressive movement hit pieces.

It would be funny because it as cheap and laughable as the rags at the check-out counter...but they are having an effect on people's minds and this country.

Kelly just prunned Breitbart, Caller and others out of the President's news feed because he recognizes that this junk food "journalism" is a driver in the president tweeting out.

One of the SPLC's founders, Morris Dees represented a KKK member in 1962. Much of what he saw during that case was the impetus for founding the SPLC and going after the KKK using civil lawsuits.

The alt right media translation of what I just said is that he got his start defending the KKK and then switched to virtue signalling to make big bucks. Coming from the alt right media, sourcing and fact checking obviously not required.

Don't ask me, in the original post the claim was made that SPL defended the KKK, then they were virtual signaling I guess by running a tax Dodge. Then we try to clarify the source because the narrative sounds a bit too much like it was written on some bad dandelion wine and we get called typical lefties which can be a compliment around this joint seeing how folks claiming middle status are claiming nyt is fake news and BLM is the moral equivalent of an SS squadron.

Tl;dr... This thread makes no common sense.

The SPL is primarily calling out KKK and white supremacist groups. Are you saying those groups shouldn't be called racist?

Eddie Murphy’s concert movie, ‘Raw’ featured a bit where he talked about guys that have seen ‘Rocky’ movies and come out of the theater thinking they can beat anybody up. He directed it in part at Italians, but it applies to almost any guy. It was hilarious then and still is very funny. It’s kind of like “beer muscles.” Often, when a guy gets one too many in them, they’re convinced they can kick the ####### out of anybody.
Donald Trump has had this effect on many of his male supporters. From the moment he announced his candidacy, Trump started insulting his GOP opponents. As a result, a sizable number of American men who confuse being a jackass with being a tough guy were all agog over the spectacle and jumped on board that train. Mind you, Trump is all sizzle and no steak, and when the chips are down, he whines about being “treated unfairly.” It is the model of the typical bully. They’re the toughest guys around until somebody calls them out and suddenly they’re shouting, “Stop being unfair!”
Many of these Trump supporters (and I don’t mean to lump in the generic Trump voter – I am talking hardcore fans – The Trumpkins) began to emulate Trump at the start of the campaign, and they’ve never let up. It’s hard for me to keep count of how many times I was called a “p###y” or a “f#####” on Twitter or in a comments section because I didn’t support Cheeto Jesus. As I said, nothing has changed since Trump’s inauguration.
Exhibit A is John Cardillo, a proud Trumper. Cardillo didn’t like that I called out his lack of knowledge on the separation of powers and decided to record a videoto talk about it. It’s about 11 minutes long, but you only have to watch 2-3 minutes because the rest of it is pretty much a repeat of the same drivel of that first 2 minutes. In it, Cardillo, pretending to be the alpha male, first whines that I “attacked” him on Twitter. Like Trump, he said something dumb, got called on it and then complains people are “unfair.” Senator John McCain stated in an interview, “We don’t take orders from Trump.” McCain merely reminded President Trump that he is not the boss and that Congress is a co-equal branch of government. This got Cardillo’s panties in a wad, and so he responded by saying something stupid about McCain.
In the video, Cardillo takes a page from the Trump playbook and goes off on me, Ben Howe, National Review, Bill Kristol, Leon Wolf, Stephen Hayes, Jonah Goldberg, and Rick Wilson. Peppered throughout the video, Cardillo refers to us as morons, b######, p######, losers, betas, failures, gutless and more. He questions our manhood. He claims to have been a ladies man when he was in high school. He mocks our appearances on CNN (I guess we all can’t be winners like him and appear on Turkish News and two-bit outfits like Canada’s Rebel Media) and says our careers are “failing.” (Sound familiar?) Meanwhile, he’s relegated to making Periscope videos, tweeting and pining for President Trump to retweet him when the rest of us are doing actual work. He also questions our relevance — for eleven minutes. I’ve never spoken for more than 30 seconds about somebody I believed to be irrelevant but to each his own, right?

Eyes wide open....I have researched the topic...BLM is not comprable to groups who promote that whites should not marry outside of their own  "race" , that pure Europeans should be the the only group permitted in America, that Jews are running banking, entertainment and are sub human parasites, that the holocaust did not exist

Generalizations, xenophobia, prejudice, discrimination, singling out a group, demographic, (against TOS by the way). Rampant here.

The original post/comparison was BLM and Antifa. You cannot compare the idealogies and hatred if the altright , natzi , kkk and white supremist groups that descended on Charlottesville as the other side of the coin as Antifa and BLM

BLM and Antifa are not hate groups. I don't have to approve or disapprove of their tactics or what went down at a protest they attended to make that claim.
You never provided support for your wild, unsubstantiated claim about the degenerate ,criminal nature if BLM

You're obsessed with throwing urine. The fact that right wing terrorism groups murder people is irrelevant to you. So long as they allegedly don't throw urine at the police. I say allegedly because I wasn't there, neither were you and even they were, it still doesn't come close to the level of intimidation that the people on the right use when they murder people, burn churches, drive cars into crowded streets. Of course you don't support such actions, but let's be honest here. Your goals and that of far right groups aren't that different.

No not really. Neo Nazis want to get rid of all non christian whites, not sure if white Catholics are still included in the group they want to remove, and then you have BLM which is a group protesting the historically marginalizing of black people in American society. So no, they are not the same. Not even close. The "rights" alignment with the goals of admitted racists should be the thing that concerns everyone, not some imaginary left wing menace.
