That's correct I lack empathy for anyone who prioritized a car or job or friends over their spouse. She has no marriage issues according to her post and to throw a husband aside for some car or job is not my idea of maturity.

It is a little harsh that she wants to leave her husband because of homesick "feelings"
and pursue other priorities. That is what's harsh about it.
My stance is put on your big girl panties and look what you would be doing to him in exchange for the old life car, job, friend
and family. I don't coddle such thinking. If your spouse thought like that you wouldn't like it either.

You don't use those forms for the K-1 anymore. You just use the online form DS-160.

yeah you have to have the appointment interview letter to prove youve already set the interview

Hardcopy NOA1 arrived May 5th. (Notice Date May 3rd)
NOA2 July 11 (Received text, email & app notifications at 7:30pm west coast time)
Hardcopy NOA2 received July 15 (I am near Phoenix Arizona 350 miles from L.A. so 4 days for delivery).
As I stated in other comments I believe there are more May filers being approved everyday but they are using the date they received text or email as their NOA1 date. That is not the right date tho. Its the "Notice Date" that is actually on the hardcopy of the NOA1. So as a boost of confidence to all of you USCIS is still flying thru april & may. You guys are next. Good luck with the rest of your journeys!

its good that your fiance have a copy so he or she can go over whats in the petition , you want to remove all risk and over prepare ,best way to go about it imo

I dont know the story behind this and neither the Ethiopian culture, the fact that he believes you can only have children being married sounds like he may have many many issues in the US.

Sometimes they will count it from when your spouse lived in that state as well. I've been told Colorado does this too but I never called around to find out as even in-state tuition was a bit too much at the time.

You have an ongoing investigation for fraud and you think that USCIS should have focused primarily on your marriage? Even though there are ways for Americans to bring loved ones to the country, the USCIS is more concerned about what's good for the nation than for keeping that citizen happy. So if they are concerned that you are going to be a bad resident due to an ongoing investigation than that will be their focus. In addition if they believe you're involved in one fraud, it would be a natural assumption that you wouldn't feel bad committing immigration fraud as well. Have you consulted a criminal attorney about the criminal investigation? If you have, be sure to tell them what you said. I would assume that your statements would be admissible in court. And the next time you get called to USCIS for an interview, take a lawyer.

just have your fingers crossed that they even ask for anything , thats another advantage with frontloading
