The marriage was legit... but you were never serious. That does not sound "legit". 
 
Most people do not marry "friends" to "help them get documents" - getting married to circumvent immigration law is not exactly legit.
 

The problem is you helped someone commit immigration fraud. I don’t see how you don’t see that’s the problem. How do you prove that isn’t the case with this one? 

You admit to committing fraud in a previous relationship and you want to know if it will be a problem?
 
Since all of this has happened in a close timeframe, yes, your previous relationship is going to come up. Any previous relationships where immigration was involved must be shared and since this was just last year that you were in a marriage, you are going to get some tough questions.
 
For example, how do we, and more importantly the interviewing office, know that you are not committing the same act with your fiance? You have already set yourself and your fiance back by your history. So now you have to deal with the issues that may come with it.

You cannot get him deported, but you can separate/file for divorce, and move on. I understand that you have NOT signed the I-864 affidavit of support yet, and that he did NOT file the I-485 adjustment of status (which would require your affidavit of support)? In that case you are not on the hook and can just separate and move on. Make sure to not be alone with him, so he cannot set you up for a VAWA claim (false abuse accusations which would enable him to adjust status without you).
IF you did file already, contact USCIS immediately and inform them that you are separating and wish to pull your affidavit of support. You should send this via mail with tracking, and call them shortly after receipt to confirm. Alternatively you can call the hotline and try to schedule an infopass appointment at your local field office to pull the I-864 in person, but I believe those appointments are hard to schedule currently.

9/26/19 - Notified by USPS that package was delivered
 
9/27/19 - received texted message from USCIS saying that they’ve received it on September 25 - NOA date is 9/27
 
9/30/19 - check was deposited
 
10/3/19 - NOA received
 
10/29/19 - Biometrics completed
 
6/25/20 - E-mail saying that card is being produced 
 
6/26/20 - E-mail saying that case was approved 
 
7/15/20 - E-mail saying card was ready to be picked up by USPS

7/16/20 - E-mail saying card was taken by USPS
 
7/17/20 - I received the 10 year green card

It's okay don't worry. Mine was took 1 month and two weeks so know a days it's normal so relax and plan to your new life.
