Redo the form with the correct household size. Get IRS transcripts for your tax return(s). That clears 1 and 2 and then 3 will clear itself. It's probably a computer generated statement based on 1 and 2 being wrong.

My advice? I can't tell you stop worrying. I know that is not going to happen. Gather your relationship evidence, the same as everyone else. Only provide the information USCIS requires and nothing more. No mention of possible divorce, third party, moving, etc, etc. What are you thinking when you want to tell them all of those things? Quite frankly, that's sabotaging yourself. Of course there are always some things to worry about. Anyone who doesn't worry about the immigration process is brain dead. Take a deep breath, stop rambling about this, that and other things and do what you need to do to get through the ROC with minimum hassle or potential questions asked because something was said that you shouldn't have.

I agree. Why did she give originals? The instructions clearly say copies unless originals are asked for. She will not be getting anything back from the yellow packet. She needs to get new originals.

Considering how much trouble Morocco has been with denying K-1 Visa applications, especially if the Morocco citizen is male, I would consider getting married and go for a CR-1. You may still need a lawyer if your case is that complicated. Also, many face time trips and involving family seems to be required for approval.

The President is one man. One man cannot make these kind of changes. It takes The Senate, The Congress and the Judiciary to all are part of the decision. Anything he tries to do has to have all three in agreement, it has to be constitutionally legal and it's just not going to happen. He also has to find a way to pay for things. You can say anything you want when running for President but the Presidential Office requires a different person than what Trump has shown us to be.
There is an old saying. A loose cannon is either tied down or shoved overboard for the safety of the ship.
