    Hi,Everyone Appreciate your help

    we have been marriage over 7 years thought internet i come to us 2 years ago on IR1 Visa I have 10 years green card Since I come to states I see so many wrong things happen to me I see a lot of things been apart from my wife and her family distory everything I know She been cheating with me during my process times for visa Application I find out so many wrongs things and lie has been telling me over the internet from past few years when i come to states everything was different I come to junk house which is have no door nothing her kids been living in this house with her and they distory everything staring bed room to kitchen and guest room everything they left empty stole money jewelry one of her son is die last year and her daughter is still around trying to tell her mom she wanna come back to home with us which is unfair she have boy friend she is 30 years old she hate me i don't like her she been calling me names and she don't respect me and my wife is all cared about her mother and grandkids i have no family here i have no friends i don't know anyone here i don't go out side with anyone i am stay home all day and night feeling person er coz of her she is so jealous everytime some things come up she is scraming and yelling at my face some times she trying to hit me which is i respect her and i am trying to save my marriage she making me pay all bills and which is i do and i am trying to save my marriage god knows i am trying but i do not love her anymore after that everything she do to me and her family is so rude and disrespect specially her mother i just cant stand it anymore everytime i am trying to talk about move on she said she will call to immgration office to take my green card from me and everything i have nice job she is get jealous from me and my everything last week i buy me new cell phone she got so freak out about it i cant wear no clothes i cant wear no new shoes i can't wear nothing new she so jealous she is old maybe i am young coz of that but she was not like that before she was nice now she is getting rude hateful and not nice person anymore i have nothing against her but i trying to tell her to be clam down talk nice she dont listen she is on some kids of medicines which is she is always so sick all the time and she trying to control me and my life which is not gonna happen now i am trying to move on i cant stand this fighting and this marriage anymore even thought i left her in home i will still pay her bills and everything but she need to leave me the hell alone she is so jealous of everything i am trying to get i have no car nothing right everytime i am telling her i need car and getting something she got pissed off and said that i need to pay her bills first she dont care or give ###### about what i am getting or not she is behind of some bills i am trying to cut like internet and orther also she been eating 75000$ from college student loan u can call it maybe they been calling her to pay this money back she do not have nothing she been disable since 1999 and she getting monthly check from government every month my marriage has been faith and i enter to faith marriage and we been married 7 years and i come to us 2 years ago so she is not nice person anymore i am trying so hard to work on everything she dont cared or do anything all she cared about her family which is unfair i need some help please i want to move on she keep said she will derport me to thought and witness of someone idk her drugs friends she been smoking with them from long time i dont know anyone i dont smoke i dont drinks i cant understand it anything at all

    My then fiancé from Jamaica came to America on a K1 VISA. We were married, but never filed the change of status paperwork. He has technically been staying here on an expired VISA from my understanding. He left and went to New York to party. He was convinced that he could get a divorce from me and then marry another US citizen and stay in the country. We are now officially divorced, however he has met with an immigration lawyer, realized he was wrong and he is now asking me to sign a waiver to let him stay in the country? I am not sure what paper he is wanting me to sign, but as we are now divorced and he has not been honest with his intentions from the start, I do not wish to have any further contact with him. Do I need to report him to immigration to let them know we are no longer married and his VISA is expired? I don't necessarily want to make his life hell, I just do not want any further connection, ties, or responsibility for him. I am not even exactly sure where he is in New York, I have a possible address and phone number, but that is all. I am not sure if I am posting this in the right area, but as I started with a K1, I thought I would ask here :) Thanks for any information you can give me!!

    You have the choice of cutting off all contact and forgetting about him, taking what you know (= your proof of his whereabouts & illegal status) to the FDNS officer at a USCIS InfoPass appointment, or both.

    Yay!!!!!!!!! Omg omg omg ???????????.. I know the interview date could take a while but idc .. I'm so happy that I can cry ???? . On the phone with NVC now getting confirmation now then calling wifeeee!!! Thank you guys!

    BUT

    I only sent AOS/IV package just over 3 weeks ago, and DS-260 less than a week ago

    Surely this can't be case complete???

    I might be unpopular for saying this but as I read articles on this forum about these horrific examples I think the problem lies in the US citizen seeking love abroad when they typically have difficulties in relationships domestically and then fall for bad intentioned girls or guys that take advantage of desperation, weekness or lonliness.

    That said, relationships are difficult for anyone. One can find examples of sucessful, handsome even famous individuals that enter into mariages where it late becomes a nightmare. So no one is immune to marital tragedy.

    Yet, I think many men or women who have issues finding love seek their mates elswhere from cultures they do not understand and then do not properly develop a relationship. A woman or man in a dire situation will work that American citizen with lies, fabricated affection and illusions where that individual seeking love will easily fall for and then their taken for a ride.

    I found my fiancee in Colombia where many men have had their fair share of problems with Colombian woman. Yet I dated my fiancee for three years, I lived with her in Colombia, I have developed a relationship with her and her parents, I speak the language and have gone through enough with her to see her behavior in different situations. I also would not have dated a girl with the desire to live in America or see America as a utopia. I would only think seriously of a girl who had a stable living and family situation and had no need to come to America or desire to, that if she came to America it would be for the purpose of being with her significant other. Also I did not look for women on a site, I was traveling to Colombia for business and had made friends organically. Not everyone will have the opportunity to regularly travel an area but onle should at least know the language and culture of the area. One must also self assess your own situation with relationship and honestly reflect on your personal history with the opposite sex and own abilities domestically because if you think the answer is abroad and you match up with the wrong one then your open to some future pain and spent a lot more money then what you could have found in the states.

    Yeah, some are luckier than others. Our I130 was completed faster than we expected, but it's all even now with the NVC delays. My wife is really anxious to see me in person, and I'm missing her too.

    Here's hoping we get a "faster" hard working NVC agent. Soon!

    first thing to know is you dont get luck twice with immigration services , i dont think NVC works , you have to push them to work otherwise you ll get stuck in there for ever , yeah i know some of us get lucky but that does not happen to most of us

    as it has been mentioned before , the way NVC works really depends on many factors , one of them is how fast is the agent you have been assigned to , 2 no checklist as it delay your case process , 3 are you really following up with them as the more you annoy them the more they try to get rid of you by finishing your case :) this last one apply to me as i call them as much as i can

    i see you have submitted your ds 260 since june ? still nn CC , try to call the supervisor as many time as you can , believe me it works

    Hello Dingdupme!

    First I would like to say congratulations!!! ☺️ After reading your post just now I checked my status online and it also has an N/A in the AOS Fee field where it used to say Paid...But the IV Fee field still says Paid...So my question for you is did both fields say N/A when your case was complete or only one of them? ~Tanya

    i just checked that today and i found the 3 N/A , i called them yesterday at 11.45 PM and i got no update , they must have done something today , im on hold right now , i ll see whats going on .

    I called NVC again asking about my case status, they actually said thats its under review now and that no doc is missing. I basically just have to wait for an email.

    man cant wait till its over..

    I remember they sent you a checklist couple weeks ago right ? may be it was a false checklist ,anyway im glad yours under review but i still dont trust them lol

    Did you receive a confimation email saying your DS260 was submitted to nvc ?

    I filled out my DS260 on the same date as you did and was under the impression it was submitted the same day ....but i received a email confirmation from CEAC two days ago saying DS260 was completed on July 6th and it was just submitted to NVC and wait 30 days for them to review.

    yeah i called them and verified that with them more than once , did you get a conf No when you submitted yours ? if so thats all what you need ,

    The email you got is late due to the NVC website issue . i got that couple days ago . No worries
