Take your own personal feelings out of it and offer help other wise just get off VISA Journey because it seems like you just feel that anyone that overstays a VISA deserves to go home. I'm fed up of seeing people like you on forums that were made to offer support and help. 

LMAO its so funny how now the law needs to be changed.....but before I was breaking imaginary laws. You guys are hilarious. You dont even read anything off of the USCIS website before you start giving advice. I am glad that now you are informed that immigration offers the option to sponsor someone who has overstayed a VISA and that it is in fact NOT BREAKING THE LAW! *EYE ROLL*

He came when the laws werent strict so long ago that he was able to work on a visitors visa. Thats how he has some of his documents. 

Hes not killing anyone? Simply working legally with a SSN that was assigned to him by immigration and filing taxes every year like every other American. Going home is a huge step back we wont do that. 

Yeah that is not an option. I wont advise him to go home when he could be facing a 10 year bar when he could simply wait the 3 years over here to be sponsored.

Well as someone whos going through this process LEGALLY. I get so upset reading your posts. Ive been waiting almost 1 year to move legally to the US (and other people wait even longer than that). Since my K1 petition ive been to the US 3 times and would have had the chance to just marry and adjust my status, BUT i didnt do it because i wanted to do it the right way and didnt want to break laws.
People like you make immigrating AND visiting the US so much harder, because the officers think "well another one thats just gonna stay here illegaly". 
I really really hope someone can report you and your family since you put your city, state and original country on here.
