I feel I have the obligation of saying to be careful and once you sign the affidavit of support and send the documents you will be in contract for 10 years even if you two get divorce later... or until she becomes a citizen... From the outside what happened looks very sneaky and seems she realized and wants her green card now, and sure you love her but make sure she feels the same way for you and is not using you.....

Received GC just now. The website says it was delivered yesterday. I checked once when i got home but i fell asleep early so i didn't even get to check again and i guess the post man came late. I didnt get a tracking # until after it was delivered either

No, pregnancy by itself is not considered by USCIS to be a valid criteria for case expedition. If it were, there would likely be a LOT more pregnant couples seeking visas.
