Controlling behaviour is abuse. Would you advise a woman who was being beaten by their husband to stay and that no one twisted her arm to marry him? This is the same thing, with a different type of abuse.

You need to find out if she is cheating you. A person that is unfaithful many times is the first to be accusatory and will actually project their insecurity about themselves on you. Trust me.

Not as of yet. Apparently their vacation was a lot longer than I knew. I heard they are supposed to come back sometime in January, but I don't know when. I haven't seen much on Facebook lately either. All is quiet, but I know they aren't back yet.

What the previous poster stated is correct. It would be considered visa fraud and you would not be able to simply adjust status. But I'm not going to go into any of that as I'm sure you are going to be bombarded with posts telling you what you 'plan to do' is wrong. I did not see you state that you intended to do anything. I saw "Please help". So many of us can relate to that feeling, but unfortunately there is really nothing you can do. We have exhausted every avenue we could come up with, trying to see if anyone could give us any information at all and it amounted to nil.
TSC is currently processing mid to late July petitions. Going by what you stated, you shouldn't have too much longer to wait to hear something. Don't jeopardize your future opportunities by trying to save a month. It's not worth it.
Don't worry. Your post was quite clear. It was answered by someone who's petition was processed in about a month.

To be honest, this is exactly the reason I have refrained from making any contact with USCIS or any representative until my petition passes the normal processing time. No one cares about us and we are powerless to change anything. Hopefully we are nearer to the end than the beginning of this mess.
