Hi, I saw u r great in sharing the knowledge here about NVC process, keep it up. My scan date is 10/17/14 , I m doing the same as YOU....following up every where, more the scan date is coming nearer ,more the heart is pumping blood in the brain..... good luck to all of us!!!!!!

Someone on the interview thread received CC with IV packet scan date of 10/14. Yes, I have gone off the deep end and am now stalking the interview thread as well LOL.....not to mention, checking the CEAC site a few times per day. Oh Lord!

Same here.
There are verrrrrry few people from Argentina on VJ so I don't have a lot of data to go off of (no one in the interview thread, from what I've seen) but I also think I've missed the window to get a January interview. I did, however, meet a very nice nice man at the hospital the day I did my medical... he'd gotten a CC in early November and had his interview scheduled for like Dec 1 or Dec 2. I hope everything went well for him, and I hope I (we!) can be that lucky too. It's super silly and we're not huge on Valentine's day or anything but it would be a nice touch to be able to spend it with my wife. I won't be too sad if that doesn't happen, but I desperately want to be with her for our first anniversary on Feb 28. I suppose this won't leave me a lot of time to catch a plane after I get my visa (...not that I would have been able to wait anyway 
) so I should really start figuring out what the hell to do with my things and everything, haha.Today seems very slow but I hope, as you say, that they're hard at work with those CCs and we're just not seeing them.
As a side note - I called for the first time in like a month the other day, to make sure everything was still in order after that one false checklist and everything... and the date they gave me was 10/23 (like the email says). Go figure. I guess everyone will give you a different answer, so I'll stick with 10/24.I've only seen two checklists so far which suck b/c no one wants to get that. I hope we are all cleared and no checklists! I'm currently on day 46 or 48 (10/21 or 10/23 scan date). It's coming soon!!

Please I need your input on best action to take... Here is a quick summary of my case status below:
NVC received case: July 2 2014
Pay all fees: July 28, 2014
Send AOS and civil documents : August 14, 2014
First checklist on October 6th, 2014 : asked for two additional documents for the applicant civil documents and sent them back on the same day.
December:
Second checklist (I was told about today on the phone) : they need one additional document, certificate of non-convection, that was never mentioned in the first checklist.
I noticed that on the USA embassy in Jordan website that effective November 1st they r no longer requiring the police certificate (which I already sent with the original documents) and it should be replaced with a non-convection certificate.
As you see they change the required documents through the process.
Obviously, common sence suggest that the new rules should only apply for cases issued after the effective date.. Anyone faced this situation before? And do you think talking to a supervisor might help in conversing them that the rules changed after I already submitted my documents or at least allow me to bring the extra document to the interview.
Anyone had luck with this kinda or similar request before? Just trying to see what people think based on thier experience.

You could ask for a supervisor review but I'm not 100% sure that will help.

i dont understand why do they send 60days email when in reality they dont follow it.
its been 63days since nvc received my iv package .but yet to review it.
Technically, although your IV package is past 60 days, it seems you have a checklist with a November scan date. That means they can take 60 days from your last scan date of November and review everything at once. I know, NVC sucks!

I'm not on this thread yet (pending CC). IF i were to get a CC by 12/15, do you think I could get a January interview for Ciudad Juarez, Mexico? I think the answer is "no" but just wondering what's your take on it. Thank you! I'm hoping to get CC by 12/15 if not, then to be in this thread by end of December

I think I just found my husbands long lost brother hahaaaa Geez same here I'm dying and he's relax it will happen. Really not unless I'm on this it wont! 
hahahaaa I ask him how are you sleeping, he says good hahaha I can't sleep I haven't slept since yesterday and once after all this last craziness I didn't sleep for four or five days I was a mess. But I'm happy he takes things the way he does if not we would both be a total mess. I do hope someone can give us some information on whats going on, on FB, I truly hope and pray NVC is speeding up.
Someone said that there are no updates on FB (on the other thread). Just fyi....there aren't many users on VJ with dates in the second week of October so it might continue slow on here. Doesn't mean NVC is not working

I saw that they have started to schedule for Mexico now so I believe I won't make the cut-off for January interviews but as long as I can get a February interview for my husband, I will be super happy! God knows best and if He thinks February is my month then so be it he knows everything that is going on in my life right now so His will shall be done -

I'm not on FB either. It's crazy how these last two weeks are driving me crazy already LOL....I told my husband today "I need to know now" and of course his cool & collected response was "Don't stress over it, whatever happens...happens. it'll come just don't stress" and of course I looked at him like
hahaha.....I wish I was as calm and collected as he is. He's in the middle of final exams so that's all that's on his mind. However, i am in the middle of finals too AND this is all that's on my mind LOL....i better study and pass my class seriously! -
According to the list I've made there are not many cases with scan date 1X pending to be reviewed. Just one more user (patnjac) left and then we hit the 20ish!

Of course we don't know if this can be considered an extrapolation of the cases and dates that the NVC is working on but hopefully it's accurate enough!
Once we see patnjac get CC, we'll all be on the alert even more! ha-ha thanks for the list.

NVC might be going off the 10/10 date instead of 10/23. I really hope this week is our week so it's less than 60 days.

So funny you guys!!!
Last week that I was waiting for my CC it was my "Cheating week" so I ate a lot of nutella because I was nervous, that only lasted 2 days since I got approved on Tuesday 25, now Im still waiting for an interview, so the nutella jar is defiitely my BFF. My husband was so calm about USCIS and NVC but now he is getting anxious he wants me there and he knows we are close. he also has a list of all the food ill be making for him since its been so long (im a chef). We want to go to disneyland the first week I get there so we are all excited about planning.. Our time is coming and I hope all of you get a CC today so you can get an interview for JANUARY specially my dear JCRUZAZUCAR, since mexico hasnt start the interview round yet.. Im praying for you guyss!!
That's crazy that they have not started scheduling yet! If I get a CC by 12/15, who knows, I may get in to the January interviews!
Thanks for the prayers.....there is great power in prayer! I am really hoping that they start on the third week next week so i can get into the January round of interviews, I'm so nervous! haha
Sounds like your plans are similar to mine regarding Disneyland, we want to go too! haha

I must admit - I have been nauseous all week thinking about these last days coming closer - I have even caught myself checking CEAC thinking by some great miracle they had really sped up (okay well I wasn't that hopeful that it would happen). I would ideally hope to get mine scheduled in January thanks to most people here giving up their citizenship and I'm trying to get one!!
Buuuut only time will tell and at least we have each other to keep the posts running and keep our minds sane! Let's see how the weekend plays out for the folks that are ahead of us eh?
I have not been checking CEAC often but once a week just in case lol . . . BUT i am on this thing all day trying to see where NVC is at lol . . . talk about obsessive. My husband is so calm about it all. He tells me to just take everything as it comes and I'm like "Are you crazy?" We have to be on top of everything, we have to call, check the site, etc. etc......he definitely keeps me sane

. I'll be praying non of us get a checklist and can move on to the next step. The interview all depends on the Embassy and how busy they are so I'm not sure. I think Saylin has a link that shows how is where so you can see how long it takes for interview. Awww thank you Yes, TheBigO is a VJ member that created a math calculation to determine when you would get a CC. It has worked for several members on the other thread and even gives you a percentage of accuracy. Insane how you can use math for that. He even predicted his own CC! I am really hoping we get it by next week. If it's based off of embassy schedule, then mine will likely be in February since i have observed that Mexico tends to schedule 40-50 days from CC date. Pretty busy embassy so it makes sense. As long as it's in February, I am totally ok with that!

just wanted to ask a question:
My husband sent off the AOS and IV package to NVC on the 7th November, he received an email on the 18th November sayin that they received the packages on the 14th November and it explained the whole 60 days thing. but yesterday they sent a email again saying that they received our package on December 4th and it basically explained the whole 60 days thing as the first email had.
Is that something we need to be worried about? should we call them?
I would call to ask why you received two emails and then confirm with them what your actual received/scan date is because depending on the date they consider as your received date, the 60 day countdown begins from there and there is a big difference from 11/14 to 12/04.

I really hope so!!! TheBigO predicted that I would have CC between 12/03 and 12/15 and who knows, maybe next week we'll have the best news! I really hope so....I am trying so hard to not get ancy but it's exciting, terrifying, and everything in between! I really hope none of us get a checklist! I wonder . . . if we get CC by 12/15, would we be part of the January or February interviews? S&A must be so excited too and let's not forget Soloenta! -
Someone else checked the website and saw N/A!! Checklist scan date of 10/14....I really hope it's true that NVC is now working on the second week of October so we can have CC by next week!!! I am SOOOOOOOOOO nervous though and terrified of getting checklist. I hope I filled out everything correctly or else i won't have anyone else to blame but myself!
I can almost taste that CC!! Lol

After I read your post then I log in my account to check, wow the same you post AOS changed to N/A and N/A. is it complete? my last scan date 10/14 for the second checklist. I will call them today to see what happen.
If the AOS changed from "PAID" to "N/A" then yes it's a case complete!!! Congratulations! Wow they are on the second week of October, that is great news.
Ouch - have we hit a lull today or what!?
TQD just checked the website and he has N/A on this AOS too! Checklist scan date of 10/14. Hopefully they are indeed working on the second week already and they hit the third week next week, that would be amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really, reaaally hoping we all get some good news in about two weeks... the wait is getting harder as the date gets closer. In my case, the emails state docs were received 10/23 but reps said 10/24 so I'm going by that.Same here....my email said 10/21 but the rep said 10/23. In order to remain sane, i am going with 10/23 lol
