Separately, I've also just suffered a 'thread ban' from a mod who seemed miffed that others were posting off-topic in a thread. I'm convinced I wasn't posting off-topic and clearly the mod gets the last word, but regardless: if off-topic = ban, then the whole forum deserves banning. Constructive suggestion: maybe mods answer support tickets first instead of investing time in searching for off-topic posts?

Sorry but your response shows a lack of understanding about certain crime.
Catching turnstile jumpers picks up all sorts of concealed weapons, people out on warrants, and decreases crime. Most of them are not what even you would call upstanding citizens, and they deserve their fate. Many violent criminals are either removed from the subway, or are discouraged from practicing their predatory behavior, when turnstile jumpers are caught. And for simple turnstile jumping they do not get jail time, generally, so remarks about room and board are not relevant.
The lack of respect for general order and the police is a major problem, and contributes to the tense situations you often rail about. The answer is not to change the laws, the answer is for criminals and other sociopaths to change their behavior, or pay the consequences.

His Majesty has been respectful? Of what? Our laws? Of Congress? The separation of powers? The voice of the people? What a joke.

On the flip side, it's also a good description of how the Democrats have been acting since they lost the House in 2010.

I am so glad that I came across this post. Thank you for replying to my question before. I am THE QUEEN OF CHECKLISTS from NVC. I have been submmitting my AOS since August, 2014. I have gotten FOUR checklists since then for documents that I HAVE ALREADY SUBMMITED many times with proof from the post office, and whenever I contact them, their claim is that they never received them. IT IS ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATING because I feel like I complete IDIOT! THEY ARE MISERABLE PEOPLE WITH SUPERIORITY COMPLEX. Thank you so much for this information because is very helpful.
