fqadri got a reaction from Chancy in US consulate Islamabad reopening
Actually for Pakistan a police report is not required as it’s not officially recognized. You can refer to this link under Police, Court and Criminal Records https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/ISL-Islamabad.html
Please check the official link from NVC for pre-interview checklist https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/ISL-Islamabad.html
Hope this helps everyone.

It’s a standard reply so they don’t edit out the required documents.

fqadri reacted to Lexushim in Interviews at Islamabad
Apparently, a user on here from Pakistan is being rescheduled for interview next week, (September 2020) that was cancelled in March 2020. So maybe... we can expect some progress on the re-scheduled interviews soon from now onwards and maybe DQ's ones by November/December 2020 Inshallah. (My guess)..

fqadri got a reaction from Newsha in Do I have to fly from the origin directly to destination (k1)????
AS long as your visa is valid and has not expired you can enter the US with it. US visas do not apply to other countries so no need to worry.

fqadri got a reaction from Jon York in Third World Fiances & Learning to Drive!
HI Jon,
It would be a good idea to send her links to the NY DMV site learners permit. Get her accustomed and familiarize her with the law and regulations of the US. I know from experience that majority of people in Pakistan do not follow traffic laws.
Hope that helps.
