Woke up this morning to the following text message sent at 4:45 AM:
Quickly logged in and was greeted with:
Woohoo!!
After updating the spreadsheet, it saw it took 488 days between NOA1 and actually receiving the approval.
It took so long that my wife and I actually introduced this guy to the family, haha!

Hi, I am also a 2017 April filer. Just got my 10-year greed card in the mail yesterday. It came with another mail which is the 18-mon extension letter.
In May 2018 my divorce was finalized, I mailed a package to USCIS which includes:
1. My statement (which tells them the story of why I divorced and shows evidences of his behaviors)
2. A copy of my green card & I-551 stamp
3. My divorce final decree
4. My 2017 tax return
All well-labeled and with a table of content on top of them. Don't forget to note your A# on each page.
No question or RFE. Also not ever called for/filed inquiry or N-400. Today the USCIS website still only shows my case "was received in May 2017..." and no update on that.
It has been a long journey for everyone. I am so grateful to have you folks here. I think the best way to deal with this kind of uncertainty and stress is to get ourselves busy, really busy, mentally and physically. Time goes by fast when we are busy. I wish you all get your GC/N soon. Take care, my friends!

Hello guys! My status just updated this morning to “Your Card is being produced”. I set up text messages when status change. I got a bunch of messages notified me my case status was changed.
I am so happy and I hope you guys will soon to be approved too .
NOA is April 21st 2017
local office transfer is Feb 26th 2018
transfer to TSC is July 7th 2018
approved and card is being produced is August 4th 2018.
I didn’t apply for N400 yet

Received our approval notice in the mail yesterday dated July 27th and I also received an e-mail yesterday where my case status was updated and card is being produced. We were at CSC. Good luck everyone hang in there!!

I guess everyone's on the same page. Mine moved from "Local Office" in March 2018 then moved to TSC on July 6th. I have heard (source not validated) that TSC office processes applications quicker. Too early to tell but I guess this means there's about 90% chance that our interviews are waived

transfer sounds like good news to all of us I guess.. at least they are relieving some backlog from CSC.. hopefully everyone's cases move faster now

Looks like I'm the only one - at VSC at least - who got RFE'd (divorce waiver filer), I sent back a reply package and got approval in 10 days! Phew. Updated my timeline and the excel sheet. Good luck everyone.

I think CSC transfering cases to other less busy service center according to cases turn....Its mean ur case is just transferred to another office which is a good sign..now its depend on other office backlog..i saw people whose AOS was in jan/feb 2017 got approved after a month or sm even 10-15 days after transferring cases...wish u best of luck!

Your wasting valuable time waiting for something that will never arrive. You can get your MNL # and then complete your DS-160, pay your fee, and set your interview appointment and there are many more steps that need to be completed. So don't waste any more time.
