Hello...may i know how did you get your Invoice ID Number? I haven't receive my Packet 3 from USEM yet. My case status at CEAC was Ready at June 4, 2015. Is the USEM send you the IIN or should i call the NVC? I wanted to fill up the forms but i cant proceed as it needs to have an IIN. Please help i dont know what to do next thanks.

You won't get a packet 3 for Manila. Once you have the MNL you could have started the whole process. Pay the visa fee, then go online and fill out the DS-160, schedule the interview and start prepping for the medical.

What's IIN? You just need the MNL number
