You can file a complaint with USCIS (or more specifically, I think ICE would be the place to go). You can provide your evidence of fraud, but you cannot stop him from filing (or being approved for) ROC or naturalization. He can do those without you as long as he can prove that the marriage was entered into in good faith. Obviously, if you have evidence against that, then it will be difficult for him to prove it was a good faith relationship. That said, word-of-mouth/rumors hold essentially no legal weight. Your suspicion of him being gay is not proof of anything. Even if you could prove he is attracted to men, you would still need to show evidence that he entered the marriage via fraud (i.e. he could (potentially rightfully) claim he is bisexual, or only found out he was homosexual recently). There's a lot more to it than him being attracted to men now (which is still only a rumor according to what you've said) to prove that a marriage was entered into via fraud.

It's tough to say where to go from here. If you don't trust him, then divorce may be the best option. I would suggest approaching him about it and getting counseling if necessary. There's a lot of "maybe"s here, and nothing is set in stone.

Edit: Just to clarify, I don't think filing a complaint with ICE is the best approach unless there is some real evidence behind it.

you can't just get him shipped away, a lawyer can't do anything else but tell you to divorce him

you can divorce him and move on. he still can remove conditions without you.

I'm sorry for what is happening to you but there is always a risk.

you can't pull the affidavit of support either, even if you divorce, you committed to be his sponsor until he becomes a USC, dies, abandons his GC or works 40 quarters.

so he still can get the 10 year GC without you and he can file for citizenship after 5 years of being a GC holder

immigration can receive your letter, but probably won't do anything because couple have arguments all the time

No. The OPT EAD will take the same time to process as the one through your AOS. Plus with the AOS it is free and with the OPT you have to pay.

If you apply for the AOS in February or March, then you won't have any need to worry about being out of status. Good luck!

Trump will make it extinct in due time. The minions who don't speak out against his lies and his 3 ring circus are self destructing.

I respect  those who have the balls to be authentic and call out his obvious lies. I like McCain's stand on Russia and the media.
I will tell you that the more Trump bashes the media the more they will call him out on his falsehood, he is the one who will cry uncle first
and tuck his tail between his legs looking like the fool he is. Republicans already have said he is incapacitated and needs to step down,
he is an embarrassment to this country.

Proud moderate democrat, working no 12 hour days because I own my own business and don't have to.
I blame greedy corporate America for their obedient worker bees exhaustion, for not having 5 min to pee and 1/2 to cram their lunches,
for forcing one employee to do the work of 2 and 3. It is these complaints my clients bring to me almost daily. People having no family
life and drop from stress of heart attacks. 12 hour days don't impress me, your character does, your authenticity does, your attitude and
    generosity does.

America defines hard work as a virtue I get it but give me a break, there is more that defines who I am, who we are as Americans.
All you hear is "he is a hard worker" and that seals it ? Nope.
I blame greedy corporate America for employees choosing not to have elective surgery because they are told they can't get
off or may be fired. Wages are stuck. Good luck with trump on that too. Just tired of hearing about 'hard working republican' cliches
    and supposedly lazy democrats. SMH.

I find it hilarious that this one article was used to underline Trump's rantings against the media being fake as truth.
Utterly ridiculous. It is no surprise that media doesn't get it 100% right 100% of the time. Surprise ! Not. So what.
Keep on believing ..... even McCain thinks his media attacks are totally out of line and a danger to democracy.
Come on man, CNN has been around we have all watched it for decades and now it is supposedly growing horns just because
Trump says so ? That is bizarre. Do you as supporters actually believe all his lies he spews every single day ?
Loved his horrible so called press conference ? Really ? Can't wrap my head around it, just can't see how anyone still supports this clown.

So is FOX in with the pile of fake news now too ? CNN, CBS, NBC, BBC, Washington Post, Huffington Post and on and on......all are fake news
but only Trump is right ?

I didn't respond to that thread, just read it. It's the thread where you posted the alternative facts about the 9th circuit court ruling. The person who responded schooled you and you didn't come back to either back up what you posted or to admit you were wrong. Obviously it was the latter, and busy or not,  you do know there is more credibility in admitting it when you are wrong than in just posting things you read on the internet and leaving when you get called on it.

I'm not the one who has trouble with facts. Would you like me to link to the posts where people have refuted your claims and are waiting for you to respond, or have you chosen to avoid those on purpose? I realize there is only so much you can do when twitter is your main source of information so it's your call.

I don't think it said anywhere that CNN reported fake news, so yes it was factually incorrect. All the judge ruled on was that that the libel suit can move forward and that CNN may have acted with actual malice by comparing open heart surgeries at St. Mary's to facilities that do both open and closed procedures. Open heart, as you may have guessed have a higher risk of mortality.

The facts in this case will also revolve around whether St. Mary's should have been doing these case or not, since that was the gist of the story.  We will have to stay tuned for the actual ruling in the case.

Cheezees reacted to bcking in Trump family's lavish lifestyle could cost taxpayers hundreds of millions over 4 years
Presidents should practice proper stewardship, and have respect for the people they are governing. Presidents need vacations, they need to get away. I don't think it is really appropriate to "get away" every single weekend. We'll see how long it lasts but at least the last 3 weekends has been in Florida. That seems excessive. While yes he can technically do it, the issue that comes up again and again with Trump is the difference between what he CAN do and what he SHOULD do. Joking that Mar-A-Lago is a "Winter Whitehouse" is all fun and good except that establishing it as such costs millions of dollars that he isn't paying (and I still have to ask - Do they pay the hotel for the rooms for Secret Service etc... like they pay Trump Tower in NYC?).

I'm sure he is working while he is at Mar-A-Lago, in fact I'm pretty sure I've seen mention of meeting foreign diplomats while there (Do they pay for their hotel rooms there? Conflicts of interest are staggering for Trump).

I did see a similar article quoting something like 3 million per weekend he has gone down there. I am not one to take an article at face value (none of us should) and I know that is just speculation. I would really be interested to know the true cost. If these are truly "working weekends", does he really need to fly to Florida every single weekend? Seems excessive unless he wants to volunteer to pay all of the security costs out of pocket.

I don't think that going back to the U.K. is an option as she's no longer a resident for healthcare purposes.

OP, I highly suggest finding a midwife and birthing center.  That would definitely cut down on costs.

the date you found you were pregnant is irrelevant.there is no way to get insurance even if you can prove you are carrying a usc baby.  stop spreading false hope. there was a window when you emigrated that is now closed. there was a window when you married that is now closed. there was open enrollment that is now closed. you had many opportunities and because some one said you were missing information that was not required does not give you another chance. it was and still is your own responsibility to know the laws and fight for what is legally within your rights.the most common ways to get health insurance outside of open enrollment is through; marriage, divorce, birth, death, moving, new job, left job. until an enrollment window opens you will be hard pressed to find an insurer who would willing take on a pregnant woman who will cost much more than she paid in this year. you may wish to seriously consider giving birth in England if you can not cover the bills of child birth.

    good luck

Since you entered under the VWP and not a K1 or a spouse visa, obtaining an SSN wouldn't have been possible for you immediately as it would have been if you had the legal protections afforded by an actual visa. Nevertheless the unfortunate thing is you also didn't file for an EAD, which would have been the thing that would help you to obtain an SSN and make signing up for health insurance easier - such as O'care. You have likely also waited to long to use a special qualifier for O'care right now. Still, this is yet another example of someone being told they couldn't obtain insurance without an SSN, when they could have - either privately purchased or signed up via the spouse's insurance at work if offered. An SSN is not required to obtain insurance, despite what any person tells you. Green card arrivals can take up to a year these days...

Congressional limits are something that sounds good unless you actually think it through. We have a perfect way of keeping congress people in check already. It's called our right to vote. We shouldn't need to legislate something because voters are too ignorant or too partisan to get rid of bad apples.

That said, I would be on board with it if the term limits were higher than for the president though, say maybe 4 terms. Otherwise it's the same issue we have with the president. You take 1 term to learn the job, and the other yo start to plan your retirement. We can't have everyone in Washington not knowing what they are doing, and while that is often a punch line, I don't think the reality would work out all that well. I agree we do need to get rid of the cronyism that comes with lifetime membership.

Honestly I wish I had at least one positive thing to say regarding Donald Trump as President. I don't. I don't understand what anyone see's in him, on a molecular level. Nothing. He is a self absorbed pathological liar that seems to reject reality in all of its forms.

What I like about him? Not a single thing. He's simply a sad excuse of a human being.
Policies that all depends: I haven't yet seen him do anything revolutionary, free thinking, or that actually is helping people as of yet.
Most of the stuff that he wants to do sort of also relies upon the individuals in congress to move their butts, so my judgment on things that they say will get done, but will most likely never get done remains to be seen.

We need to fix the immigration system - every single aspect.
We need to fix the economic disparity in the country.
    We need to fix infrastructure.
We need to fix the healthcare system.
We need to keep the separation of church and state.
We need to respect a woman's right to choose.
We need to reform the tax system.
We need to stop getting involved in wars.
We need to pay greater attention to threats within the USA - which includes white supremacist movements.
We need a smarter drug policy - I am not for the legalization of drugs - but if someone is truly suffering or dying of cancer they should have access to pot if it helps them - and we need better research into the benefit of such drugs.
We need to get the government out of our bedrooms.
We need better resources and smarter ideas to get people into training and jobs that will benefit themselves, their families, and communities.
We need to understand that freedom of religion, free speech, and liberty for all - means just that.
We need to figure out that you do not make deals with the devil because eventually it comes back to bite you (this goes over his head like a lead balloon so..).
We need a proper balance between safety vs privacy.
We need to ensure criminals, those with a documented history of spouse, child, and animal abuse, and the mentally insane do not have access to firearms.
We should not destroy our natural resources, our drinking water, our forests, and our animals in favor of unchecked capitalism and greed.
