We had a cht and she insisted she went to class. I happen to know her phone password and checked her phone while she was showering. Lo and behold I see pictures of the Macy's thanksgiving parade which was 9am to 12pm, the same time as her supposed rescheduled ESL class. I see this after she berated her for not trusting her and not doing my best to make her happy. All lies.
1 and 2 are no longer viable options. She continued to lie to my face as I hug her and hold her hand. Whatever her reasons for lying to me, all I can know I can never trust her.

I would have to disagree with you. Many people on this board are very strict when it comes to following the rules of immigration. If I read this right.. and your husband just got here in 2013 he is not due to remove his conditions any time soon. It is done within 90days prior to his 2 year card expiration, not 2 years of marriage. So not until near the end of 2014.
Do like suggested and leave, do not leave him with any comingling proof. Divorce him and he will then be forced to do his ROC... alone snd with no proof of a real marriage here. It will be tough on him at best to get this approved. No approval means no legal status and no way to bring over someone else.

Ultimately, if you want to abandon the green card, after returning to China, by not returning to USA within 6 months, that's ok too - the AOS you would have done, prior, just bought you the time needed to have the baby in the USA. To me, it makes perfect sense, since yer husband is USCitizen.

Not true. DOMA was struck down yesterday. Same sex marriage that has taken place in a state/country in which it is legal is now recognized by the federal government for immigration purposes among about 1000 other things :-)

So sorry about you and your wife very awful experiences. I just hope that all (USCs and immigrants) learn important lessons from this story. Let's try to be honest, compassionate, gentle and sensitive with the needs of our partners so as to avoid related circumtances. I know it's hard to be perfect, but if we can, just fight fairly and communicate our thoughts clearly in a gentle, positve, and low-tone voice. Remember that in every action there is always an opposite reaction.
OP, if you really love your wife, hope you could still work out your relationship, no matter what's the outcome of her case. America is not the only place to spend and share quality life together. well I am glad you wrote your congressmeni did to. but you should only write one at a time. because they dont want to step on the toes of a fellow congressmen. so any one else writing only write one at a time let the other look into it. before writing the others. just what i have heard and when i emailed mine and he called me. he asked have you contacted any others about this? and i have read someones post here that said the same thing. just tring to help.
