Well I thought I would start this topic it is something new and I want to tell folks there is are several different way to report fraud to USCIS. In my long road over the past several months I have some information I wanted to pass on.
If the USC spouse thinks they are a victim of marriage fraud or their immigrant spouse entered into a shame marriage for the sole purpose of gaining immigration benefits. Please make a info pass appointment, when you arrive ask to speak to the on duty FDNS officer.

But always remember it takes a special degree or permit to practice law on the federal level, one case out of Florida Federal Court (Winters v Winters) rejected the federal case stating that these type of cases belong on the state court level.

Still call the police find a safe place and get a restraining order. If he is this violent he will do it again, he can be sorry but facts remained get help NOW for your own safety.

OP get over to the local office and ask to speak to the FDNS officer they will help put a stop to it or ask to speak to the supervicor at the info pass desk get it done contact your senators office, wow she split right when the green card hit the NBC.... close the joint checking account if you have one take her off all the household bills and anything that has her name on it, if you have life insurance change the beneficiary ASAP. The next step is try to file fore annulment, or divorce get this done ASAP and protect yourself and your future, do not be like me and spend your days trying to fix something that might not have ever been there in the first place (meaning your wife loved you). I cannot begin to say how sorry I am that you and your family are going through this

If you call ICE the recording will tell you to call USCIS customer service line, which getting to speak to a human being is like and act of god happening STOP telling people to call ICE it does not work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Op, have you tried Catholic Charities or another non profit group? If you contact them they might be able to help or get you in the right direction.

OP the facts are kind of like what Capri said unless it is reported to ICE I think not to much will happen however when she tries to get 10 year card this WILL come up, I found out thru checking here in Texas that even if your immigrant spouse is not charged there is a way for USCIS to find out even if you are mentioned on a report for just about anything, but once again someone has to pick up the phone, here in Texas my ex spouse from Ukraine also commited DV and was never charged but it can still be a deportable offense under bad moral character. Get a attorney and put your side of the story together and BOTH of you go to USCIS together, here in Texas a knife is a felony DV charge and could be seen as felony assult, but then again this is Texas you sneeze on your wife you can get a DV charge pressed on you, if your a man. Be careful and stick to your guns and it will work out for the better. My prayers are with you

Well here ends the long road I had third meeting with a fraud officer here:) The person seemed like a good officer (the card said "Investigator National Security" Was at the local USCIS office, I feel very blessed that I was able to talk to a person three times considering I had no A number to start with, I think I had meetings with someone that really cared about the situation I was in, They were very polite and quick to help I submitted evidence all three times (police reports of her domestic abuse, proof she lied under oath to get a false Order of protection, False Restraining Order, statements about her abuse of me and my son) I was told "there is a whole unit that deals with her claim, they will get all this evidence you have my word, I will make sure it gets in the file" I hope that it makes it into the file at our second meeting they said "we will recall the file and I will personally place these papers in her file" I do HONESTLY hope they will keep there word, their last parting words to me were "there is fraud all over the system, in I-751's, I-360, and in the VAWA system itself. We will make sure your stuff gets to the right investigator "up north". They were very encouraging and helpful through the entire process even the clerks at the info pass desk that seemed to be as smart as door lock, (not very helpful ) The folks upstairs were great all three times we met, I am still shocked they saw me three times. But they would not have if they thought I was lying or a bitter ex spouse, or at least that is my thought.
And so ends the journey I loved my wife more than my own life, I was defraud, accused of abuse, my reputation at work_ has been effected and I have lost my faith in people I guess to some degree I have found that Her claim is based on fraud statements and Lies and I think the folks at USCIS see the same even though they say " it just is what it is" " we take a look at both sides" and things like" it all depends on the evidence" and yes it looks like she did give false statements to the court they will call and verify if they want to, you gave great info. Now I am left with the thoughts, I am much wiser and smarter, and will not be so blinded by LOVE, would I do it again ...yes...I just know to be more careful Now I am also thinking how may I help others with what I have learned, how to help someone else, so they will not be in my shoes? I do not believe god gives me things I cannot handle and this was no exception to his rule. Well here ends the long road I had third meeting with a fraud officer here:) The person seemed like a good officer (the card said "Investigator National Security" Was at the local USCIS office, I feel very blessed that I was able to talk to a person three times considering I had no A number to start with, I think I had meetings with someone that really cared about the situation I was in, They were very polite and quick to help I submitted evidence all three times (police reports of her domestic abuse, proof she lied under oath to get a false Order of protection, False Restraining Order, statements about her abuse of me and my son) I was told "there is a whole unit that deals with her claim, they will get all this evidence you have my word, I will make sure it gets in the file" I hope that it makes it into the file at our second meeting they said "we will recall the file and I will personally place these papers in her file" I do HONESTLY hope they will keep there word, their last parting words to me were "there is fraud all over the system, in I-751's, I-360, and in the VAWA system itself. We will make sure your stuff gets to the right investigator "up north". They were very encouraging and helpful through the entire process even the clerks at the info pass desk that seemed to be as smart as door lock, (not very helpful ) The folks upstairs were great all three times we met, I am still shocked they saw me three times. But they would not have if they thought I was lying or a bitter ex spouse, or at least that is my thought.
