I'm in much the same position - also filed for my adult unmarried stepson in Jan 2023 and the online status is the same as yours.

Most of the participants here are for spouses which has much shorter processing time compared to an adult child - for an adult child it takes a few years and there isn't much you can do about that.

Well we sent out our package today (meant to do it last weekend but got busy).  It seemed kind of light compared to some other peoples packages but I'm not too concerned.  Here is the cover letter I used:

RE: I-751 JOINT PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF STATUS ON:

(K-1 VISA) Ema (full name and Alien #)

    Dear USCIS examiner:

Enclosed please find a JOINT I-751 petition for removal of conditions of permanent resident status regarding my wife, Ema. Please also find a check for $680, the fee for this form. My wife entered the US on a K-1 visa and was granted conditional permanent residence status on 6/30/2015.  We have been married and happily living together for 3 years now and request that this petition be accepted for removal of conditions on the residence of my wife, Ema.

Enclosed also please find the following documents to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:

Copy of USCIS Form I-551 front and back (Permanent Resident Card) for Ema. Original Form I-751 filled and signed by Ema and me. Copy of IRS Tax Transcripts for years 2014, 2015 & 2016 showing joint filling status. Copy of the Deed of Trust showing we own our home together. Copy of the Renewal & Extension Rider signed by both of us when we refinanced the house in 2016. Bank Statements showing our joint account (this is the only account that we have). One from May 2015 and one from March 2017. Copy of the sales contract for the 2012 BMW that we purchased together (the car is my wife’s daily driver). Copy of the auto loan for the BMW. Copy of the title of my car, showing joint ownership. Copy of our car insurance cards. Copy of our credit cards statements showing joint accounts. Copy of our health insurance cards showing a joint policy. Copy of the Water Utility bill with both our names on it. A copy of our most recent trip itinerary.  A trip to New York City to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary.
These materials show a merging of our personal and financial lives since our marriage in April 17, 2014. Thank you for your prompt processing of this petition and for what we hope is your favorable response at your earliest opportunity.

    Sincerely,

I'm sorry but hyphens don't make your name illegal. Plenty of women hyphenate there last names. And if Prince can change his name to a symbol then anything goes.

    As noted above, Terminal 1.
Please have your itinerary/ticket confirmation printed … they will not let you in the front door without it.
Then proceed as previous posters have noted.
Boarding in Manila is crowded … get there plenty early … proceed to the boarding gate (will be printed on the boarding pass and the check-in clerk can also tell you). Once at the boarding gate, it may be helpful to speak to the gate agent (Delta employee at the gate) and let them know it's your first time flying, in an airport, etc. … sometimes you get lucky and find a very helpful, sympathetic person who may allow you to board early or otherwise watch out for you. There is no harm in asking.
Delta flights from Manila to US ports of entry ALL stop and change planes at Narita airport in Tokyo. Narita is a beautiful airport and well organized, but you need to hustle. Follow the other passengers to 'international connecting flights' so that you don't cross the Japanese immigration lines … airport employees are quite good at directing, just pay attention. You'll have to go through security again, then down the escalator and you enter the international outbound terminal. You'll need to look at the large monitors to figure out which gate your next flight is going out of. Most Delta flights are out of Gates 18 - 26 … follow the signs and hustle over to the next gate. Most connections are 1-2hrs, which is usually plenty of time to do all of this.
    Good Luck.

It sounds to me like your husband needs to get a backbone ,stand up for his wife and tell these people to go to hell (where they belong). I went through something like this with my deceased wife's ex and his mother. They were horrible people that tried anything to get to us. She also had a child with him which made it harder. Also your husband needs to stop worrying so much.

Probably will. See you both there. By the way Ema needs her passport for the CFO. So I suggest doing the CFO seminar before the interview or when they give them back her passport with the visa.I'm still deciding when I'll have my medical exam at St Lukes. I'll go to CFO seminar the day after my medical exam is done.

Wow so much bad advice! I would just answer no on that question since you were never convicted of anything and your record is clear.
I was arrested when I was 18 for something pretty serious (I won't go into detail here) but the case was dropped and I never was convicted.
I answered no to all the questions and had no problems.
I also don't know what an attorney would do for you, except take your money.

Well in order for satire to be funny there has to be an element of truth to it. Seeing how bad the Obama administration has Fd up this rollout you can see why someone would believe that story.
So the right is stupid? At least people on the right could build a website that works.
