I suggest you wait till you case is resolved. You will probably need to go for fingerprinting for your background check and your pending theft case will come up. If, like you said, the court finds you not guilty, your background check after that will have no negative effect in your new GC application. If you are found guilty, then not sure whether you will get the new GC or not.

I would wait. They cannot approve you until your court case is over and judgement given. So if you apply now and it's not over by the time you interview you will sit in AP until the courts decide on your case or  you outright get denied. 

To make sure we are clear on this, you mean ROC was approved on 04/05/17?
 
If you got your conditional green card on 08/29/14 filed for removal of Conditions within the 90 days before it expired, then you can apply for citizenship from 05/31/2017 as omarov2009 says 

You can file your citizenship any day after 05/31/2017

Where did you see June 1st? Just checked and it's still May 14th. June filers probably won't get approvals until late February or March.

Thats my cousin right there your hubby. I want u to know age difference is just a number to the Ghane embassy so far as u have compiled as much as evidence to prove your relationship or marriage is not done to surpass the law or in other words fake. I went thru the embassy and the age difference between me and my wife is vast but i made it through one interview and got my visa bcos of the evidence i took. So gather more chats history,phonecall records,skype, whatsapp,etc etc pics,and so on u will be alright.

Sent mine on june 3 got my noa on june 6. Waiting to go do the bio soon..cant wait.

He woke me up early this morning and we drove to AMA in Accra and just got married and I will file for CR1 when I return. He was so disappointed yesterday and I felt so bad for him but we rebounded and I honestly believe that everything happens for a reason and in its own time and I am very happy at the moment and know this is my life-mate forever no matter what. One day at a time. We are both on a complete opposite emotional realm that we were yesterday at this time....God is great!

Just take a minute... breath, relax. This is just a delay and you will find a way through it. Calm down, and think.
What else besides talking to the Congressman have you tried? And what did your Congressman tell you?
Have you checked to see when your file was last touched? Does the website show that you have an RFE?
Did you call into USCIS, and if so, what did they tell you?
Have you tried contacting your local office?
If someone did give you a number, what would you ask or expect the lawyer to do? What do you believe is within their power?
I understand completely where you're coming from. I had a lot of legal stuff I had to take care of before my fiance and I could even apply, and I had no idea how long it would take to get through that. It is hard, it's scary, but it's worth it. You won't be left in limbo forever, and you're closer to the end than a lot of people. Just keep in mind that the end is near, you just need to find that way that helps you get there. We are here to help you with that!

We all applied for the same benefit so first come first serve is the only way to do this fairly. People who applied 3 months after you should not be allowed to get approvals without an expedite request approval. In my opinion, nobody should get approved before anybody, 3 months or 1 day...

Ok gowon so which year did u file for your I-129f petition and how many months did u wait for it?
