I read this today and I want to know if i am elegible to file for my citizenship this month. I married my U.S citizen spouse on 20th dec 2013, became a permanent resident on 8/29/14 and my AOS got approved just this last month on 04/5/17. Thanks

To make sure we are clear on this, you mean ROC was approved on 04/05/17?

If you got your conditional green card on 08/29/14 filed for removal of Conditions within the 90 days before it expired, then you can apply for citizenship from 05/31/2017 as omarov2009 says

Thanks omarov2009. I can still file  even though i got my ROC approved and the card sent to me?

If u havent received the card yet, I would recommend u wait for your 10 year GC since your ROC got approved and u have to wait until the end of May anyway.
