    Hopefully, we can submit all docs to show and support evidence that hubby's wife perished together with their 2 sons on a plane accident 32yrs ago since death certificate is no to avail. Guess the gravestone which has her name and a notarized funeral record that shows all the details will please the USCIS adjudicator and approve our papers..Waiting for 16 months from NOA 1 only to find out they need something which is virtually impossible to furnish..
