      NVC sent us a checklist to fill in some wrong information and a letter from my husband stating why he did not file tax..

      The 2nd Checklist for AOS still, was because of the missing information about the wife of our co-sponsor..WE forgot to put her name in Part 6 a,b, and c..They file joint income tax that's why the wife's name should be written there..

      I found that out when i called NVC..They said my case is complete but i have another Checklist for AOS and to just bring the new AOS form during the interview
