It's irrelevant. As long as they were married in a state or country that recognized same sex marriage, they were married for federal purposes.

You can file based on divorce, which I suggest you do asap. Collect anything that shows you entered the marriage in good faith and anything that shows you had a genuine marriage when you were there. Best of luck to you.

Why?
You're a permanent resident of the US. You're allowed to leave the country and return, just like any other permanent resident. Your ex wife thinks she owns you somehow. She doesn't. When you received your 10 year green card, a USCIS adjudicator looked at your case and determined that your marriage was bona fide. Unless you commit a serious crime, or someone has extremely clear evidence that your marriage was fraudulent, your 10 year green card will not be revoked.
A bitter ex wife running to immigration saying "he just married me for a green card!" is not evidence of anything.

Is it life or death? If the answer is no, she should wait. Sometimes you have to learn how to manage crises from afar.

3 day visit + age gap + high fraud country = very slim chances of approval. I would also question the wisdom of marrying someone you've spent a total of ~72 hours with. Regardless of anything else, such marriages rarely work out.

IMO there is definitely onerous and OTT moderation going on but that's only a symptom of the problem.
Just today I noticed that typing the common internet acronym for 'what the...' is now on the censored words list. Couple that with a ban on any imagery of a woman wearing anything other than a floor length evening dress and you have speech so restricted its more worthy of ISIS than the USA.
The moderators enforce the rules but they dont make them. The site administration is the root cause of this imo. Its unfortunate that they appear to view running a profitable online business as being mutually exclusive to fostering a healthy community.

Yep, there are a lot of sad power-trippers who are mods here. Numerous times, I have been personally attacked, and when I retaliate in kind after being pushed, I am suspended, while the person who started it is not punished in anyway. That's why I rarely bother with this place anymore. A lot of the old regulars that made this place good have left, due to the perception that mods play favorites. Not only that, I have seen a lot of racism towards particular groups that is tolerated, whereas petty 'rules' that are selectively enforced are prosecuted to the max. For example, there's one member who is constantly making very thinly-veiled racist remarks against Filipinos. Yet, he's still posting his nonsense regularly. I've tried to engage mods on these issues before, but they don't care. They don't seem to realize that members make a site, but I think they are raking it in with whatever ads support this place - I wouldn't know, I run Adblock Plus.
No doubt they'll delete this and close my account for calling them out. Whatever. I'm long past caring.

The stuff about nudity and profanity is for no other reason than Google search rankings. It's sold to the members on the basis of the need to be 'family friendly', but how that is translated by the moderators into practical policy leaves something to be desire.
I certainly think there are biases in the mod team, much as they might suggest otherwise.
If you are on their radar, things become TOS violations that wouldn't be for other posters.

However you are referring to another thread so a moderator could decide that you are importing the drama just by mentioning it. That's how it works on VJ these day. Twist the TOS to fit your predetermined conclusions.

What is wrong with that seriously? This is ridiculous. There are hundred times more off topic posts on this site that don't get removed.

True. But the difference is that the moderators should be the ones showing an example. I'm not saying that every each moderator on this site is unfair, arrogant and nitpicking but some definitely are and other members notice this too.
