It's a google POWERED search of this site. You type in that box and it will search the site. If you got google results (as in google.com results page) then you probably typed in your browsers google search bar accidentally.
I just tried it and I got search results for this page. So you must be doing something wrong. I am using Mozilla.

LOL... you should read the guides before you start the process, the average wait from NOA1-2 is 5 months and it has nothing to do with being ALGERIAN. Goodluck having your fiancée move to your country and I hope the wait is shorter!
Also, just to add, with so much money you could have looked at the other types visas - like an investment visa / business visa type.

Hi OP, have you spoken to your fiance about this? About your doubts? She might be having second thoughts too, maybe you just have cold feet, or maybe your suspicions are justified- The first and best thing to do is speak to your fiance.
Staying with someone for 5 or even 2 years , I would imagine would be difficult if you were just in it for a GC, maybe your fiance's sisters marriages just did not work out?
Tread carefully, you would not want to accuse someone you supposedly love of fraud before you have any evidence, would you?
If in the end you decide that you do not want to go through with the marriage and you think your fiance is using you for a green card, do not get married, her I-94 will expire and she will need to return to her home country (or leave the US and go to a 3rd country) .
DO NOT marry her if you have any doubts that it is a scam, that can only lead to more problems down the line.
If you feel you and your fiance need more time to make a decision, suggest so. She can go back to her country and you can continue your relationship as it were before until you both feel comfortable enough to merge lives in the US (though she may not be very happy with this option and just decide that you are not worth the stress and heartache of returning home with her kids and waiting for you to decide you actually do want her). Of course if she does agree to this option you will need to file for another K-1 or CR-1 visa.
You have to exclude the children from your thought process. They are not your concern at this point, you are your main concern.

No, she cannot leave until she has AP. That is the point.
Edit: if she wants to work straight away, why not consider the CR-1 spousal visa (if you haven't already filed)? With the CR-1 once the beneficiary enters the US they are an LPR and there is no AOS.

    From my understanding:
Slower in terms of you add an extra person and step to everything for one, like a middle man when you can go straight to the supplier. Secondly there is no gauruntee they will file your paperwork on time or that even they won't make a mistake anyway (they are human); I think personally an attorney is more likely to make a mistake when dealing with personal information because they don't know either of you personally and therefore may not notice a mistake or inconsistancy.
In terms of pictures and an RFE, we sent 5, people have sent less, most send more, but my question would be " if your attorney thought you might get an RFE for lack of pics why would they send off the seemingly incomplete petition?"
It is great that you are happy with your choice, if it is the right one for you. Personally Daniel and I saved the money and it's going towards another house.
    Good luck!

Not at all, 90 days is given so people can make wedding plans. If they wanted to give people time to get to know each other state side, they would do like Australia and provide 9 months or more to get married using the fiance visa.

Have you got all the answers you need OP?
A lot of the information here is very helpful.
Apply for AOS (Adjustment of Status); Overstay is forgiven for the spouse of a USC; The cost will be around $1500+ and you will not be able to work for about 3-4 until the petition is approved.
If you cannot afford this process now, you can go home and your husband can petition you on a CR-1 visa. This will take 8-10 months. The fees are lower and you will not have to pay for AOS when you go this route either but you will be parted. If you leave before your VWP expires you can still travel on it back and forth on VWP while waiting for your CR-1 visa to be approved.
If you stay past the allowed time on VWP you will not be able to use it anymore, even if you go home afterwards. You would have to apply for a tourist visa for any future visits.

This is why, as someone suggested, this particular members posts may be best placed in the regional forum where said members customs / colloquialisms / euphemisms / terms etc are more regularly and easily understood and where hopefully the OP and new member could get more specific answers!
Yes some people get haughty too quickly, lots of those people are just nervous and awaiting their interviews or NOA2's etc and it shows.
Let's be considerate of all here, let's not cast judgement on others who have already done so, nor the OP.
To the OP, can you , it may help everyone here, including yourself!

This link might be similarly helpful: http://www.cfo.gov.ph/
I browsed (quickly) the phillipines forums , this also might be helfpul (though it may not as I just read the title of the question and a few answers) : http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/124719-cfo-philippines/

I will answer what I can to the best of my ability
    1) On my G-325a we wrote city as in my suburb and then the country (Melbourne, Australia) . Here is an example from ***removed***: http://www.***removed***/forms/g-325a-sample-biographic-information.pdf
    2) Fill out every section as N/A or none if there is no appropriate answer.
    3) Cover letter is the letter that goes on the front of the package that states what is in the package ie/ page 1) G325a petitioner, page 2) G325a beneficiary ...
    4) As far as I know a baby is not proof of a bona-fide relationship (it just proves you had sex and made a baby).
    5) If you have no middle name state N/A or none.
    6) You should not lie on any of your forms - this can constitute material misrepresentation.
    7) Linked one above (question 1)

I think this is a great thread. I am here(US) for a 3 month holiday before I move permanently and I am feeling homesick and I am a little bit scared about my move now but it is also helping me get ready and helping me understand what life will be like, at least until we adjust status and I can work etc.
All I can advise is to try and be understanding towards your husband, I am sure the first 6 months are hard most new couples; add the stress of living with your family , changing diet etc, it could be very daunting.
Try to talk to him, ask him how he is feeling and ask what you guys could do together to help him feel better and more at home.
Good luck, my thoughts are with you!

Firstly, I am sorry if this comes off harsh, I am just in awe of the disrespect for your brothers wife and the of the sanctity of their marriage that your "brother" has shown.
    From what I understand:
    1) Your "brother" had an affair and sham marriage to a woman from Paris while married to a USC.
    2) Your "brother" wants his American wife to continue the ROC paperwork and you think she will because she is "nice", even after she knows about the affair and possibility of a child with the other woman.
    3) You are not sure whether your "brother" will return to Paris or stay in the US, it seems this is dependent on "his" GC status/ citizenship status? and then he plans to eventually move back to France with the other wife, claim the child and presumably come back to the US so the child can have US citizenship?
    Is that all correct?
If it is your 1)Number 3 point, underlined above makes your brother's situation seem like fraud. 2) In my opinion what your "brother" sister-in-law needs to know before she files any paperwork, there may be possible legal/ costly ramifications if she does not know; also the child may add to household size for your paperwork and if your "brother" says he is unaware of any child that he has and lies to the US then it may be considered material misrepresentation.
By the way, how do you know so much about what your brother plans to do? What his wife plans to do and what his second wife plans to do? If you don't, you are just speculating and it would be best if your "brother" were posting on here with the facts instead of the "whatifs".
    Britt
