Tmobile pricing is amazing especially if you have a few people on your plan.
We have 6 ppl on our plan and pay $120 per month TOTAL. Including data / talk / text in Canada and Mexico for free. So for 20 bucks a month each ....
    EACH line has
10gb data unlimited talk and text unused data can roll over for 12 months ability to tether other devices to your phone - so useful to have a hotspot anywhere you go! You can get a good phone on ebay inexpensively and use it on Tmobile as long as it is GSM unlocked or a Tmobile phone. Couldn't be happier.

lilsweetie got a reaction from Penguin_ie in Was told today I MUST present naturalization certificate for kids' passports
I just applied last week for my son's passport and just submitted:
    -my Naturalization Certificate
    -his birth certificate
    -my ID (photocopy)
    -turned in the green card
    -other parent's consent
-custody order - certified copy - showing I have custody and he resides with me
You should try a different passport office or see if you can go to the agency directly. There are so many who have got passports without the Cert of Citizenship for their child

Sorry about what happened with your wife. That's very unfair that the person put her, a US citizen, in another line just because of her accent.
If you really want, you can submit a complaint from here:
    https://help.cbp.gov/app/forms/complaint
I've never had to deal with CBP complaints, so unfortunately, there's not much I can say about how seriously it'll be taken. But I'd be very upset about the incident myself and would definitely send them a write up of the events you just described.
Good luck to you and your wife!

Even though many people dont want to apply for N600 because its expensive and once you have a US passport it becomes unnecessary, I think its very important. That certificate of citizenship will make your kid independent and separate from your case. He can rely on that certificate without having to go through your naturalization. I dont know why your ex is so stubborn to sign the papers just let him know the kid won't have any chAnce to travel to his home country because of that. Maybe that will change his mind once he know he won't be able to see his kid for awhile.

lilsweetie got a reaction from Yalda in Translation French->English - official documents K1 VISA
You can have someone (not certified) translate it for you, then have it notarized. That's what I did - had a family member translate it and sign in front a of a notary that it is an exact translation of the original document. Worked perfect for me!

If you were really that concerned I don't see why you posted in the first place...
K-1 is one of the easiest visas to get so if you think immigration system is unfair or obsolete when dealing with K-1s then you have a lot to learn.
I'm also not sure you know what sovereignty means, let alone how to spell it..
Like others have mentioned, it's probably too late so you will have to just wait and see. I doubt it will lead to a denial, but still not a very smart thing to do..
Especially considering you are one of the lucky ones who will most likely get a visa and set up a nice life here with your fiance while there are those who are being slaughtered seeking asylum who are being told "too bad, so sad".
Also, must countries aren't any better with their immigration laws, especially related to family visas. If you don't believe me I can email you a PDF of my dissertation on the subject.
    Welcome to the USA.

lilsweetie got a reaction from lmatos1978 in N-400 delivered 1 day too early - what to do?
    THANK YOU for your suggestions!
I just did that and they managed to find the package before it was out for delivery. They were so extremely helpful.
This might help others - the delivering USPS office is Rio Salado (Phoenix, AZ) but nobody seems to answer the phone number they have listed (ending in 3245). Instead, I found this one 602-223-3242, and they seem to pick up the phone on that line. I spoke to Christy and she was amazingly helpful. Best customer service I have ever had through USPS! They are going to hold it for 1 day and deliver it tomorrow (06/30 which is my eligibility date) rather than today as scheduled.
OMG what a nightmare. I am just so thankful that Christy at USPS was so accommodating and helpful, so hopefully it all works out now.
