Question: By mid March ( next month ) I already qualify for citizenship ( married with the same USC who petitioned me as K1 for 4+ years and LPR for 3 years by June ). I submitted my Removal of Conditions last year around June ( I'm done with my biometric July 2015. I haven't heard anything from the USCIS after my biometric). Anyways, as far as my timeline is concerned, by March ( mid of March will be the 90 days before the 3 year anniversary of my LPR ). Will it be ok filing for Naturalization even if I haven't heard anything about my 10 year green card's status?

Thanks!

Dhel

Yes! They will be "forced" to render a decision on your removal of conditions before they can interview you for citizenship.

I too am awaiting my I-751 approval. I have my N-400 ready to go except the photos. Gotta get my hair done first..ha ha ha . Just kidding. Will wait until just before sending off application. When I learned i didn't need the approval of I-751 to file N-400 the stress faded away. Soon it will be complete. Hopefully in time to vote in the election in November.
