G-325A is not necessary for the child. Passport pictures are a must. If you have regular pictures of all three of you together, that is a plus.

The co sponsor don't have to count your fiancee and her son. The only one who is moving and need a sponsor is you!

When they say Domicile it means where you specifically live. Like an address. Not just "the USA". Providing someone's bio page of their US passport does not prove that that person lives in the US currently. If someone has thier US Passport, then they are free to live wherever they want (assuming the other country allows them to live there).
Send in a copy of the joint sponsor's driver's license with their current residence address and anything else to prove the US address of the sponsor.

seriously NVC they are doing like service request to talk to a supervisor. Called twice today. First call this morning got like the most rudest woman, I had to check her butt and say "ummm I did nothing to you I have a situation I need a supervisor and all u giving me is attitude. " than she calmed the heck down, Goodness. Now I just call and nice guy took my number and name and said someone will be calling shortly.
what happen to kindness and customer service. Man. Well tomorrow no matter I have everything printed and its being mailed to NVC.

When you called, who did you talk to? If you talked to the first person who answered, they don't know shiz. If you called and asked to speak to a Tier 2 person, and then they said that, then I don't know what to tell you.

print it out.
include them as a 'ds-230 submittal' into NVC, with a cover letter
stating the problems with getting the originals.
On each page of the civil docs printout - write 'photocopy - will submit original on interview day - see addendum'
In the addendum, write a letter of attestation on each attempt to get civil docs out of Nigeria.
Cover letter on top, asking for waiver of original docs .

ds-230 then all civil docs.
