    -Fotografije (2kom. 50x50mm)
-Izvod iz maticne knjige vencanih (ako ste nekad bili u braku, i kopiju presude o razvodu)
-Dokaz o odrzavanju I-134 formular (salje ga verenik!)
    -Lekarski pregled
To o slobodnom bracnom stanju sam ja slala u onom pocetnom paketu u USA, ovde u ambasadi u Beogradu ti to ne treba.

My thoughts exactly! Classic manipulator. If you make a statement, it will be turned around.
Emotional manipulators are excellent guilt mongers.
They take no responsibility for themselves or their behavior - it is always about what everyone else has "done to them". One of the easiest ways to spot an emotional manipulator is that they often attempt to establish intimacy through the early sharing of deeply personal information that is generally of the "hook-you-in-and-make-you-sorry-for-me" variety. Initially you may perceive this type of person as very sensitive, emotionally open and maybe a little vulnerable.

US Permanent residents are treated the same as US citizens rather than as citizens of their home country when visiting Canada. Since US citizens do not need visas to enter Canada, US Permanent Residents do not either, even if citizens from that country normally need visas. Bring your green card and your Serbian passport - and enjoy your visit to Canada . It's a beautiful country!

Hahahaha makice, smesno!!!!

DEVOJKE! On poce, DA SE PROSERAVA. I jos mnogo gluposti uvredljivih i drskih. No comment

Your green card is your authorization to work in the U.S. (among other things). You don't need another EAD. You can get another SS card if you want. As long as you have your green card, you likely won't have to show your SS card to an employer since the green card is a "List A" item on the I-9.
One thing to note is the expiration date minus 90 days for when you'll need to file the removal of conditions package: http://www.uscis.gov/dateCalculator.html

Get a Social Security card with no restriction on it. Then get a driver's license. This is all you need for employment, employer is not allowed to tell you which documents to show them or to insist to see your green card.
Now's the time to mark your calendar for 90 days before your 2nd green card (not marriage) anniversary. Find a place where you will be dropping in various paperwork you get - from insurance documents to medical explanation of benefits EOB statements to house/apartment bills, phone bills, tax transcripts.... Get into habit to either print out or save a pdf copy of your joint bank accounts (or credit cards). Evidence has to span the time since you received your gc to the time you send in for removal of conditions. You will need it all for removal of conditions time.

My wife is 21 years older than me. She was naturalized a US Citizen through her parents many years ago... it will definitely be a very BIG red flag. They will 90% put you under Administrative Processing or deny your Visa, before apply for a green card, spend a lot of time with your wife, take pictures, build a very strong case like posted before. This aint no joke.

Hello! I just spent a good amount of time reading your post and everyones responses. My heart goes out to you and the problems your having with the denial on your petition. While I can't offer much advice moving forward (I'm awaiting my NOA2) I would just like to say that I wouldn't be too hard on people who are looking out for 'you'. While none of us know your fiancee or you we do understand the process your going through, at least all the waiting, etc. I know from personal experience that there are many scammers and dishonest people out there so someone making comments to that extent aren't trying to say that your fiancee is one its just that they are looking out for you! At least that's all I really got out of it. Just be smart and always look out for yourself!! Good luck!

Hard thing to find out after such a long time waiting for the interview. This is something she should of told you much earlier. Now you both have to wait, who knows for how long. I understand the Embassy and the suspicion. I dont know your story but I would search for some answers. Love can sometimes be blind, but we should all learn from our own mistakes.

I do concur with you. It seems as if she is "playing" you both to see which one will get her the "American Visa" first. I suggest that you go further into this matter and dig up for more information.
    I wish you luck.

    San Diego.
I agree with 99% of your below with the exception of her ex having to withdraw. Here is my story:
I petitioned back in 2006. Broke it off in the 11th hour in 2007 when I became suspicious of her. I called first USICS to call it off and cancel. I was told it was too late from there end as Manila had the case (our i129f was already approved).. I called Manila and was told "just tell her to not come for her interview" I emailed her and told her it was cancelled. I believe she attended her interview and came to the USA on my K1. She phoned me a few times begging me to cancel the petition. I said no as I knew she was in USA with another man (Cebu is a small place as I lived there for years so news travels fast) .. Therefore I not only petitioned two but had two approved (trust me I am not proud of this but just saying). However I was upfront and honest when I applied for my now wife that is here with me. I explained with about a 2 page letter and included my ex as past petition.. This is all odd to me as to what is going on. I know I feel for the OP at this time.

I strongly agree with San Diego... Actually this is the first thing that I thought of, when I read the post. If her visa was denied for that reason, then her ex-fiance should have gone through the same thing... and would have not been able to apply for a new fiancee, till he cancels the first one... makes lot of sense...
However, I think she should have disclosed all this to you prior to starting the whole process, so you can address those issues and get them resolved first.
I am glad you are putting into consideration the possibility of being scammed... We can never know the real intentions of someone. It is just the fact that this is the second time she falls in love with an American raises an immediate red flag. Visajourney is full of all this type of stories. Every time the American citizen (the victim) says NO WAY..... this can't be, later on finds out that everything is possible.....

There is something not right here or she is not disclosing everything. If they see 2nd petition in the system this means it is active. If (as your fiancee claims) her ex-fiance brought another person on K1, than he supposed to cancel it. Likewise, as they denied her, they would deny her ex-fiance to petition for another person as long as old petition is active. Do you see it does not make sense? Given that petition expires within 4 months AND Based on factual evidence of reasoning for denial (but not taking to consideration your or your fiancee words it looks like either:
    1) 2 individuals (including yourself) petitioned for her at the same time (or nearly the same)
    2) Someone petitioned for her with approved I129F with less than 4 month..

That's awful but filling the forms yourself had nothing to do with it! I was about to faced the same but I did a service request and 2 weeks later I was approve and without interview . My husband and I filed for my AOS on july 19, 2012 but my case was fowarded to NBC soon after. 9 month later (last saturday april,20) i received my gc approved and the best thing: no interview needed it. So try to make a service request through USCIS website or calling the toll free line. It worked for me.
