  1. On Uniting for Ukraine the beneficiary does not need be a relative. I am sure you could not and will not find that condition on the website since it does not exist. I think this officer must have been confused. I think there is actually another person in this thread that has their financee in the process also. By the way welcome to the forum. You probably don't need to cross post so much. -Kineo
  2. Right, from what I have seen more of a system wide problem. I see the same message when I check this morning. -Kineo
  3. I have gotten it occasionally. It usually goes away after a few hours. -K
  4. Once they marry and file for AOS they would change to Immigrant status, no longer on humanitarian parole under U4U. Just not really much documentation on that that I have seen.
  5. It is not a visa. It is a humanitarian parole. They can stay up to 2 years at this time. No they can not stay. Their maybe more options in the future. -Kineo
  6. I think Boiler is right about applying for EAD. But I have seen anything that confirm it in government information. -Kineo
  7. From everything I have read U4U would have no effect one way one another on immigration status. They are treat as two totally separate things. Which makes total sense to me. With the situation in Ukraine virtually everyone is disrupted or displaced. This alone would make a proving process more difficult. The requirements are they most have been residing it Ukraine before a certain day and they leave the country to come here. (Which they have to anyway) -Kineo
  8. Found this link: https://www.acf.hhs.gov/orr/fact-sheet/benefits-ukrainian-humanitarian-parolees I thought this thread would be very interested in this information. -Kineo
  9. https://www.healthcare.gov/get-coverage/ The will get you to your state marketplace for health insurance. For Maine there is a "Get started" guided process. For most beneficiaries they will probably qualify for low or no premium insurance since they will have no income and little assets. -Kineo
  10. I am not sure I would consider that a slowdown.... Sounds more like the diversity visa problem. Just simply not doing them.
  11. F3, Sep 2021:22NOV08, Jun 2022: 22NOV08 F4 hasn't moved either, Sept 2021: 22MAR07, Jun 2022: 22MAR07
  12. It has been about a year since I had checked the Visa Bulletin. I checked today and the priority date is exactly the same as when I looked last September. Anyone heard the story on this? If there is another thread on this let me know. Thanx - Kineo
  13. I highly doubt if it checks the geolocation of the IP. Anyway the sponsor completes and submits the I-134. The Beneficiaries complete the attestations. -Kineo
