    tax time! anything we need to know before filing?

      Just make sure you have all your W2's, and 1099's or 1098 or anything else. We used H&R Block for the first few years but now our situation is the same as last year (different jobs but that's just another w2 :P so I'm using Turbotax to try and save some money on filing fees!

      i was going to try to file on my own too. is there anything thats different this first year BESIDES married and filing jointly? its too bad we cant write off immigration fees O_o
