    received out AOS NOA letter today with a laundry list of things we need to bring! most of which we had sent with AOS packet. =/ i know it may have been asked a thousand times BUT can anyone please tell me if we must submit and pay for another medical exam here in the USA even tho he just did his medical, all vaccines including flu shot plus chest xrays in london on march 07-2011? there seems to be evidence that we do not BUT will USCIS accept this fact?

      I wish you both the best. My DC3025 was incomplete, needed one for MMR shot( 1 month booster). Unfortunately that costed us $400. If your's is complete don't worry until you get a RFE. best px

      GOOD GRIEF! $400 is a lot of money for a booster. i really hope we will be ok. its a shame that we feel compelled to do the civil surgeon just to save ourselves the risk of being bumped into more time waiting.
