    received out AOS NOA letter today with a laundry list of things we need to bring! most of which we had sent with AOS packet. =/ i know it may have been asked a thousand times BUT can anyone please tell me if we must submit and pay for another medical exam here in the USA even tho he just did his medical, all vaccines including flu shot plus chest xrays in london on march 07-2011? there seems to be evidence that we do not BUT will USCIS accept this fact?

      the interview letter is stock standard. If you didn't get RFE'd for the I-693 then you don't need it. You CAN be RFE'd at the interview but it's rare. Better to wait till your interview and see what happens.
