It seems that lately, it's been taking quite a few days for the DS-3032 to be accepted. I'm sure you've noticed that with a few members in this thread. You should be getting your acceptance soon.

And let me guess, IV bill won't be invoiced right after DS-3032 is accepted.

UPS trackings shows NVC received my AOS package (or is it Packet?)hmmm

It has been a week since ds-3032 was emailed, Still no sign of DS-3032 acceptance email

and no IV invoice bill yet! :crying:

This is what I put:

Vanier College (Montreal, Quebec) // 08-2007 // 05-2010 // Social Science // College Diploma

Gulf Coast High School (Naples, Florida) // 08-2005 // 05-2007 // Academic // Diploma

Rosemere High School (Rosemere, Quebec) // 08-2001 // 05-2005 // Academic // None

So, just put the school name and the location (city and then state/province) in brackets. And yes, most recent first.

Looks good! Make sure only part 1 of the DS-230 is signed and dated. Part 2 is filled out, but not signed nor dated.

Make sure you check you're not missing any country-specific documents.

If no one is IMMIGRATING with the beneficiary, then the answers to 31 a and b are 'none'.

You start listing schools with high school, college, university, etc. No middle school or lower.

1) So for Schools, do i put addresses or Name only?

- Is this asking for Middle school and High Schools also? we did put college info but wasn't if we need to include High School or Middle School etc...

1 - Beneficiary must bring the interview letter at the time of medical. Beneficiary can bring interview letter that would be emailed to you by NVC, and doesnt need to wait for hard copy interview letter.

2 - In Chennai, I had medical on 8th, and next day, I got the report. That is how things work in Chennai. Not sure how about Delhi. Better to call in Delhi medical to check their timeline.

3 - Either bring it with yourself at the time of interview or submit it at VFS. That is your choice.

Also go to IRS website to order online or by phone calls to IRS automated ordering system.

I think it took about 2 weeks.

5) W2 of 2010, 2009, and 2008 = [Copies]

5) 1040x Tax Returns of 2011 (Married Filing Jointly) = [Copy]

7) 6 most recent Pay stubs -

hi guys quick question. my husband is getting his things in order to send in I-864 and he was going to send in 3years of tax return,but now realized he didnt get back a copy of his 2009, so therefore he has 2010,2011, can he send in just 2? or needs to be three years?

We sent:

- Tax return transcripts from IRS for: 2010, 2009, and 2008

- W2 copies from 2010, 2009, and 2008. (i think this also came with above transcripts ordered from IRS)

- Copy of 2011 Tax returns 1040X (filed as: Married Filing Jointly)

- Copy of 2011 W2

Wooohooo! X 2! Just got an email from NVC confirming my designation as Agent and also the IV Bill enclosed in the attachment. Immediatelly went to the Portal and the IV Bill was generated and ready to be paid! Yeeeees! So the IV Bill has been paid and current Payment Status as "IN PROGRESS" but I was able to print out the Bar-coded Cover Sheet for the IV package! So Happy!

Cool so now finish up IV package and get ready to mail tomorrow because looks like most payment in progress gets cleared and shows as PAID the next day (working day).

I hope i get my ds-3032 acceptance and IV invoice soon!

Breaking NEWS! LOL! I have just received confirmation from an operator @ NVC (True or not) that NVC has Officially SHUTDOWN the AVR (Automated Voice Response) System and therefore availability of information is no longer 24/7 as it used to be

From what i read on forums, AVR is not accurate anyway, few days behind? so if this is the case then why would anyone depend on AVR?

why not just talk straight to an Operator? i know there likely a chance that "MR. PERSONALITY" might pickup the call.

2) How long does it take to get the Medical report?

3) and Do we take the Medical report ourselves and give it to VFS? or does it automatically get Mailed by the hospital to VFS?

NVC received our case from USCIS on Monday 3/12/12. Based on other recent timelines it would seem it is taking the NVC about 7-10 days from the time they receive the case from USCIS to assign a case number and IIN. Does that sound about right?

The time fluctuates a lot so i would suggest you call daily because you might get NVC case # today or tomorrow!

Remember, the IV bill isn't invoiced automatically after the DS-3032 has been accepted. It takes a day or two. Just keep checking the payment portal today.

So We will only get IV invoiced after our DS-3032 email has been accepted?

Ok so now after we have sent our DS-3032 TWICE and Paid the AOS Bill and the AOS package is already at NVC, then I get two emails 10 minutes ago with the DS-3032 kit and Instructions to pay the AOS Bill! LOL!

Of course this question is already in the FAQ's in the next natural question to ask: "The email comes with a Bar-coded DS-3032. If I already email a DS-3032 by email (in my case twice), do I send the Bar-coded one as well?" ... and the ANSWER is: NO! Wait for NVC to accept your first DS-3032 ... or in my case again: ONE of the TWO we already sent

Woooohoooo! DS-3032 Accepted! Moving On Again! ... Next Step: Wait for the IV Bill Fee to be Invoiced!

1) Do we need to include "AOS Payment Receipt" in the AOS package?

2) How do you guys verify if NVC received AOS package or IV package?

just by tracking # from the shipping company?

or

call NVC if they have received it?

3) After NVC has received it, Do we call them and ask them about the Status of the AOS or IV package, if it has been received and accepted?

4) By accepted, do you mean, no Checklist? moving onto case completion?

Looks like our cases are still on-par since last week. AOS showed as paid for me also today, and now we're just waiting for the IV Bill to show up in their website.

Did you ship the AOS package? or are you waiting for IV bill to show and then pay it, then after IV bill is PAID,

then ship both AOS and IV together?

Maybe you should look into the requirements for the I-864EZ. It's a shorter form. There are only three criteria and if you meet all three, you're eligible to use the form. My husband was eligible so we used the I-864EZ.

Woohooo ! AOS = PAID = Shipped the AOS Package!

Few hours ago AOS showed up as PAID!

I reviewed my AOS package once more time signed and dated.

Went to ship it USPS but i missed the Overnight Cut-Off time.

UPS Overnight was RIDICULOUS AT $70+

2nd day was $36 something So went to UPS 2nd day. NVC should get it Thursday Morning around 10am.

NOW Time for NVC to give me IV bill invoice!

Pay IV bill

Wait for it to Show as PAID

Then Ship the IV package!...........................
