    From Jan. 3, 2012 to Sept. 30, 2013 Our case went from NOA-1 to Issued. Picked up the Visa on Oct. 3, 2013 and entered the United States on October 17, 2013. I hope that everyone gets through this AP and will be with there Loved ones soon. May Allah Bless everyone like he has blessed me. Remember, Do have faith in Allah (God) and ask him for help. If your prayers are sincere and true, they will definitely be answered.

    5 months and more, called USCIS and they say they cannot take a Service Request as they are still doing Dec 16, 2011.

      That did not work for me. They replied that the petition is under review and to wait another 45 days :(

      No. My petition is still somewhere in some folder at California Service Center. All they say is that it is with some officer for review.
