Someone handed you a bunch of BS about an RFE for evidence of an ongoing relationship - USCIS does not ask for ongoing relationship evidence, the requirement is having met in person within 2 years. Ongoing relationship evidence is at the embassy phase of the visa process.
There never was an RFE is my gut feeling.

Entering the US on a K1 doesn't constitute visa fraud. He can legally stay in the country for 89 days if things don't work out before returning home. OP you have resigned from work already because of this process. Go ahead and visit if you have the required funds and see if things can be rectified before closing the chapter on this person.

Except you left out a big part of what she actually said : I was thinking about calling immigration to come get him, but he is not illegal.
OP asked for advice. OP received advice. OP needs to do HER part and let immigration do THEIR part.
It is not as black and white as you stated, there are shades of grey. One being that the GC is in process and could potentially be mailed
without an interview at any time and that changes things.
OP's post did read as someone who has revenge on the mind, not trying to be a model citizen and therefore some comments reflect that she is
over reaching before she has her ducks in a row. Right now today he does not have to leave and is legal. THAT IS THE LAW.
Believe it or not but immigrants DO have some rights too. This is not a country where they come and haul your spouse off with one phone call
just like that because you don't want them anymore.
A better approach would have been to ask what can I do to not be responsible for the affidavit of support for my husband whom I am
    divorcing.

I would go as far as saying: shame on you for even having such thoughts. Actually I think someone like you should be REPORTED to USCIS! And yes, I believe there are MANY "gold diggers" fooling this country their spouses and abusing the whole system. It makes me sick.

First of all, you are joking, right?
Second, if you ARE serious, you might want to consider telling us you're still joking.
Your topic annoys me. See, because of people like you, who want to get marry for such selfish, immoral reasons, we, who genuinely love our partners, have to go through this long, sometimes frustrating process!
So, thanks a lot, "Erika", and good luck, not to you, but to your fiancé!

He will donate all his properties to charity. You will not receive a dime, well you will get your greencard eventually so it is good for you.
    Another troller.

Always to sides to any story. Marriage is hard work and it involves give n take. If you are ready to jump ship at the slightest storm then it was never meant for you.

Presuming you mean under what conditions the affidavit of support will end at, not until one of the following occurs:
    (i) He dies.
    (ii) You die.
(iii) He becomes a US citizen.
(iv) He ceases to be an LPR (i.e. his green card is invalidated by an immigration judge or he voluntarily surrenders it).
    (v) He can be credited with forty quarters of work by the Social Security Administration (i.e. if he works full time then he would reach this in ten years).
If you mean what is the "conditional" part of his conditional green card, he can file for Removal of Conditions at the designated time without you, provided he can establish that he entered the marriage in good faith, even if it ended in divorce.

That's not possible since he already has a green card. All you can do is divorce him and move on; the affidavit of support will remain in effect.

If I'm understanding this correctly...you were in a romantic relationship with this person back in 2010 when you applied for a "nanny" visa on her behalf to visit you in the US? You see how that would cause some problems, right? If you misrepresented your relationship to the government in the past, it could most certainly have consequences now.
Again, I'm not sure if I got that right, because the story is somewhat confusing.

I would say move and continue your life elsewhere. There's no reason to start this whole suing s.h.i.t. You quit the job, and go look for a new one, and just seek out place where you get along with people. Period. Nothing serious happened, so I don't think there's any reason to even think about this past incident with this teenager. You gotta do better than that....

I doubt if this is a major factor, more likely people staying who have no adjustment opportunity. Or abuse their status or more often both.

Yeah, people come and "change" their minds all of a sudden. One of the reasons it is hard to get a vistor's visa in some countries is exactly because of what the OP is trying to do. For every person that commits visa fraud there will be another person with a legimate case for a visa that will be denied because of the prevalency of such fraud.

To be honest what you are planning is called visa fraud. Its also a TOS violation for members to assist you to do that. If you do this as stated so you don't have to say goodbye again and get caught it will be a long time before you say hello in the USA again. Its hard to believe you don't intend to abuse the B2 when we read these statements such as asking anyone that did what you are asking and " everything went fine ". Seems like you are trying to pattern your actions after theirs which indicates your real intentions.
You will just have to decide what you want to do once you are inside the USA. What becomes most important is your intentions prior to entering.

First off, he might want to look for a different job since the one he's about to do was secured by the wife without his knowledge. Who knows what kind of connections she has to that place and she may still be able to harass and suffocate him by proxy.
She sounds mentally unstable and if it was me in his position, I would definitely go home because who knows what she will do in retaliation for leaving. He has no friends and family nearby and she will have her family and friends at her beck and call who could testify that she was a loving and supportive wife and he was only in it for the gc.
Tough situation. I hope he'll be able to figure it out.
