Call the police. She cannot legally keep your property and the documents she kept. She can not force you to leave, you need to agree to leave without a court order.
Also get a lawyer asap. A divorce lawyer familiar with immigration issues. She cannot get you deported or withdraw your ROC. The ROC application is your application and they won't even talk to her about the status of it without you giving permission to them to talk to her. No matter what she attempts to tell USCIS, they'll pretty much ignore it unless she has hard evidence fraud was committed.

And once a person has no immigration concerns, other than chatting with old friends, there isn't a real reason to be on this forum, unless you just like spreading your knowledge of immigration topics.

Mrs. T-B. went to her gym for sanity after a full day with Mini-B. & colleagues, wee men.
We had Mini-B. read "Mud!" to us, wee to we man.
Then we read "Little Quack's Bedtime" to Mini-B., we to wee man.
Mama T-B. then called to tell us that "Finding Nemo" was on TV, see it man.
We had never seen it before, no see man.
We watched it with Mini-B., we and wee see man.
At the end, Mini-B. said, "That's a nice movie," wee man.
At the end, we got completely choked up, hold it in man.
The movie showed exactly what daddies are supposed to do for their little boys, nothing less man.
And Mini-B. actually let us hug him at length and didn't squirm, bonding man.

She needs to get him to leave voluntarily. You cannot force someone to vacate a house without a court order once they have established residence in the property. She would hardly be the first to leave a home she owned to protect herself from false abuse complaints. This is the law in most states.

I respect the moderator for removing some of these "hateful" posts that attacked me personally. But to answer to the haters, here you go:
I love my wife, and I married her because I saw a future together with us. I was not aware of the extent of her addiction to Xanax until she moved in with me after we got married. She kept this hidden from me during our courtship. I tried a lot of ways in helping her, but she did not want me involved, and always stated that she has her own therapist that is helping her deal with the situation. Every time I tried to help, I was met with hostility. I even tried to call the police, and she threatened me and told me she would report me as the abuser. So if you are telling me that I do not love my wife, I want you to think again. I have tried every possible venue in seeking a solution. The reason I sought a psychologist is because I was suffering both emotionally, and physically (loss of appetite, night sweats, insomnia, panic, depression, weight loss, etc.). I went to a psychologist because my friend told me to go to one. I felt like my life was over and that because of this marriage, I was also going to be deported eventually because she would not appear for the green card interview. It wasn't until a lawyer told me I could qualify for a VAWA petition. Even then I did not want to go that route. I have tried to work things out with my wife, but she's a ticking time bomb waiting to happen. Some days she is normal, other days she goes into one of her "episodes". I have done my best to support her, to even pay for her therapies, which have financially drained me because I haven't received my EAD yet and I am currently unemployed. She expects me to pay her medical bills.
I am an educated individual that researched the VAWA pathway, and tried to build my case so that I am prepared in the event I have no choice but have to go the VAWA route. The sexist immigration lawyer told me I had a weak case, and the fact that I am a male, made it even harder for her to see this going through. I did my part to gather as much as I could for a VAWA petition. For those hating on my good moral character: not only do I have a clean police record, I have letters of support from elementary schools, and homeless shelters that discuss my volunteer work and good character.
I am broken, but I am not giving up on my life. I have worked too hard to just let it go to waste. So for those who are criticizing me for being so organized in this VAWA petition, what else do you expect me to be?
I have not currently divorced my wife. We live separately but I try to be in her good graces by keeping small talk with her, and not questioning her too much about her therapy or addiction as those tend to aggravate her.

If you have documented PTSD then you should have no issue going the VAWA route. As to the lawyer you saw, she's just one of many bad lawyers out there. Find a new lawyer and go forth via VAWA. If PTSD is something you self diagnosed yourself as having, then maybe you do need to listen to the second lawyer. There is a prejudice in the USA that men cannot be victims of abuse, only women can. So it is not a long shot to believe that the lawyer you spoke with is such a person. But be very honest with yourself on have you suffered mental trauma over this situation, as it would not be surprising to be dealing with others in USCIS with the same prejudice, requiring a higher burden on proof on your end.

Exactly. We're not here to judge the relationship. Also there is no reason he cannot stay married and work on getting his spouse help if he gains a green card through VAWA. I would also be worried if some lawyer said he doesn't have a case for VAWA when he obviously does if he has all that evidence. He's dealing with a bad lawyer, of which there are many, and he needs to find a good one.

Just so you're aware, I was startled at the suggestion also. I mean when I originally got a vasectomy it was because I was fully determined to not have any more kids. But my wife is of an age she can still have a shot at it, and its highly important to her. Also the culture in the Philippines is not an isolated single family culture like we have here. I'm like a father to one niece there, even if I wasn't married to my wife when she was born. She still calls me Dada, although she has a father. My wife is also considered a mother to her. Yes, she has a mother and father, but our bond is much closer than an aunt or uncle would be in the USA. If my wife an I are lucky enough to have a child, it will live with this same type of situation, having her first parents and extended parents. So even if something would happen to me, he or she would not lack multiple parents. If this type of cultural situation did not exist, I highly doubt I would have been agreeable to the reversal.

puppies, that's all I've got to say about someone 20 years younger than me claiming to be old.
Good luck with that. But on second thought, where you live they might run screaming for the cities as early as they can.

I wish you good luck. I know you feel bad but she isn't going to feel bad for you when you end up in jail or deported. Just letting you know. She doesn't feel bad that you hurt or that this is bad for you...She feels bad for herself. Which is normal. She feels bad because her feelings are hurt. Good luck though!! I hope everything works out.

I wish you good luck with that. It is very typical for a BPD to do anything to reel a victim back in. Once you're in, all promises go right out the door.

Just a little update in case anyone goes through the same situation:
    - We entered the US on May 6th using the K1 visa. I was sent to secondary screening for the first time. They asked me to wait for my turn, so I went inside and waited, with my now wife. 10 mins after, they called me and told me to have a good day and gave me my passport back without any questions.
    - We got married on May 13th and got our PA marriage certificate. I believe they send a definitive one after to the mail, I'll post about it once we get it.
    - We left the US on May 15th as intended. We didn't start any process for naturalization.
    - I got my new Chilean passport today (I had an old one with my K1 visa on it, an another one with my B1/B2 cancelled visa on it) and got the ESTA, so now we are going back in July to have our ceremony and then leave the country a week after for our honeymoney and then come back to our lives in Chile.
So that's about it. Like I said, I'll keep updating this in case it's useful for anyone!
