Processing delays with NOA2

I filed the I-129F application K1 for my fiance in Vietnam back in April 2021, I received the NOA1 the end of that month. It is now June of 2022 and I still have yet to receive my NOA2. When I check my status on the USCIS website, it only reads "On April 19th 2021 we received your form I-129F...." it's frustrating because when you call the USCIS number, there is an automated system that will hang up on you and never connect you with a live person. As I have already checked the processing times on VisaJourney, the TSC is processing August applications already. I'm stumped on what to do, I'm considering getting an immigration lawyer to help me out, but that's a last resort. Anybody else in a similar situation? Thanks

I'm trying to fill out application for my inlaws(Vietnamese) on ceac. When I uploaded my father in law's pic, I get a message that "head size or position relative to image dimensions may be incorrect". Has anyone ran across this issue and how did you fix it?

Also, am I suppose to do one application for my father in law and a separate for mother in law? It seems like this application asked mostly information about my father in law's education, work history, etc.

Form I-864/I-864a Question

My spouse (USC) and I (F1 visa holder) are going through the AOS process and currently having some issues with form I-864. A little bit about our situation, my spouse was unemployed, but she just got a job offer as an independent contractor that has the start date is next month. Meanwhile I'm on STEM OPT so I currently have a full-time job and make more than 125% the poverty guideline. We just got married last month so we both filed tax independently last year. So my questions are:

1. Can we use my income by including it under the household member income, and then file form I-864a? Or will we need a joint sponsor?

2. As for my spouse, can she include this new income under "current individual annual income"? She'll be an independent contractor though so there'll be no paystubs or employment verification from employer, are there any other ways that she can prove this income?

Thanks!

USCIS: Unable to get new Online Access Code

Wife already has IR-1 visa, and we filed an address change. Leaving for the US tomorrow.

Last week, we tried to set up an account for her on USCIS so we can track her green card. But when we tried linking her IOE receipt number (from when we paid the IVF Green Card fee), it asked us for an access code.

We never got an access code in the mail. It wasn t on our 797 either. There was an option to request a new access code, so we did that.

Just got an email from USCIS saying:

After careful review, we were unable to generate a new Online Access Code associated with the Receipt Number you have provided. Please ensure you have provided the correct Receipt Number and/or email associated with your case and that the old Online Access Code is not already in use.

Well, now what? What should we do? I m thinking we have to call, but I totally dread getting on the phone with them.

How to transfer our child's vaccination records to the US?

I tried searching here on how to bring our USC child's vaccination records to the U.S. and making them official for admission into schools there, but I couldn't find anything.

Background:

- I'm a USC and my wife is a new LPR. She already got her IR1 visa stamped into her passport.

- We're scheduled to arrive in the U.S. in a week.

- We have a daughter together. Filed a CRBA and thus she is a USC.

- We did her vaccinations here in Vietnam and have a nice record of every shot. Has all the names of vaccines, injection dates, doctor stamps, etc.

- We followed her vaccination schedule most closely to the one recommended by WHO.

We're going to take her vaccination record with us, but how do we make it official in the U.S.?

Will the Vietnamese records itself suffice?

Or do we take them to a new pediatrician and explain that we need to make the record official and recognized by the U.S. school systems?

Could we somehow find a blank yellow card and write the vaccinations in ourselves, and have a doctor review it, then sign / stamp it?

I'm sure we're not the first ones to go through this, so I'd love to understand how this process is usually done.
