US Immigration from Vietnam

I (Vietnamese-American (M)) am currently in the process of submitting my I-129F application to USCIS for my Vietnamese national fianc e (F).

My fianc e's parents would like to have a religious tea ceremony as soon as possible in Vietnam. Under Vietnamese law, Vietnam does not recognize a wedding as a legal (bona fide) marriage unless there is a valid marriage certificate or document on file with the government. Is USCIS knowledgeable in the laws for a specific country (Vietnam)? If I were to go through with filing a I-129F instead of a I-130, will USCIS be following Vietnamese law, or can they still deny us on their own account for being "too married" regardless if it was bona-fide or not.

Essentially, if my fianc e and I have a big ceremony for all of her family and friends (and mine as well, as we are both Vietnamese), but do not file for a marriage certificate (non bona-fide marriage), will we still be fine for a K-1 Fianc e Visa? Or will we be denied and would have to petition/start all over.

For the Cho Ray Hospital (CRH) or The International Organization for Migration (IOM) medical examination locations is there a way to schedule an appointment for the medical examination online or would it be scheduled by physically going there?

I would like to know if it s possible for my wife who is waiting for her greencard approval if she can open a personal bank account for herself? Or does she need to become a US citizen first?

My wife applied and sent out her AOS packet (application for greencard, work permit and travel docs) back in May, and as of today she checked her status online and it says Case closed. Does this mean that her travel docs wasn't approved? We are nervous as we tried to take our time to make sure we filled out everything correctly before mailing. Once we received the notice, it was instructions and location for her biometrics appointment, which she did attend and do, so I'm not sure why she's getting this message. Here's a screenshot of what it says.

My wife thought she put the passport photo inside the i485, i864, i765 packet, however we found today what she FORGOT and left out on the table. I have already sent the application yesterday via USPS and her K1 visa is valid until the end of October. What kind of repercussions should I expect for not including the passport photos and what steps can we take to correct this mistake? I was thinking of sending the photos to the same address and hope it ends up in the same pile as my i-485 envelope?

I'm expecting a request for evidence, but how long until they send that? It will delay the application process, how by how much? Thanks
