US Immigration from Vietnam

Filed an I130 petition on March 2022. No status update other than the normal As of March 30, 2022, we are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number XXX. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you.

When I look at the For USCIS Use Only section of the I130 (attached), there are some adminstrative action annotated. Can anyone shed some light on what this might mean as it pertains to the current status? For example, Initial Receipt, Resubmitted, Relocated etc.

Hi! I have a question about social media. DS-160 Form will ask for social media handles and identifiers from my fianc e. Since USCIS officers can only see posts/information that are set to "Public Only", will it be a problem if they don't find any evidence of a relationship. My fianc e and I try to live pretty private lives and only set our romantic posts, photos, and relationship status to "Friends Only" or not at all. We just send photos and posts to one another through private chat messages anyway (everything saved on our phones and computers).

For evidence of a relationship, we will bring a ton of evidence to the Consular interview instead since Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City Consulate) is a tough nut to crack.

My mom has a US green 10 year green card. She applied for I-131 Reentry Permit on 02.17.2023, and got her biometrics done on 03.21.2023. We haven't heard anything or received any reentry approval permit document from the USCIS since then.

She flew back to our home country, Vietnam in July 2023 and is living there since then.

Since I will give birth in the summer, my mom plans to come back to the US before my delivery to help me here.

Do you guys know if it is okay for her to come back to the US when she hasn't got her reentry approval? I heard it may take 2 years to get it. Which documents will she need to show the Home Land Security at the airport to get in the US? She only has her green card and the receipt of I-131 biometrics.

My husband and I used to applied for K1 visa in 2015, I passed the immigration medical exam in my home country and had vaccination record. My K1 visa was approved but we didn't get married at that time until now. I entered the US with my B2 visa, we got married and I'm going to apply for AOS. My question is do I need to finish form I-693? I only have vaccination record because at I submitted my medical result at the US customs when I entered the US by my K1 visa.

So, one can file an N-400 for $640 + $85 or $725. My wife's daughter would get citizenship through Mom if mom's application goes through before she turns 18. So she will technically already have citizenship and can get a US passport. But, if I want a piece of paper that says she is a citizen I have to pay $1,170 for what she has technically already been granted. It's not the money, I can pay that. It's just the government charging another $1,170 for something already "granted". And, what are they actually doing to justify the expense? She's already granted citizenship and is eligible to apply for a passport the next day after mom's oath. It's not like they realistically are going to take it back.

If I waited on the filing (eligible to file now) for citizenship for a few months then it's likely her daughter would turn 18 before my wife gets citizenship. Then she would have to wait for the 5 year mark, file the "short form version" of the N-400 herself , pay $725, take her own civics test and oath and still get a Certificate of Citizenship. She's already waiting for ROC with mom right now to get a 10 year card. I assume if mom doesn't get her citizenship until after she turns 18 then they take only mom's green card and her daughter would keep hers until she would file under her own 5 year rule.

It doesn't make any sense to me.
