US Immigration from United Kingdom

Hello! Now that my fiance's visa interview is near, we are looking ahead at the requirements for the AOS packet, as we'd like to get it done ASAP once we're married! I just have a couple of questions on the EAD form:

Part II, Question 18: List all countries where you are currently a citizen or a national.

Will he be considered a US national? Or should he only list the UK (where he is immigrating from)?

Part II, Question 24: Immigration Status at Your Last Arrival (would be K-1 Fiance)

Part II, Question 25: Your Current Immigration Status

Would question 25 still be K-1 Fiance? Or is there a more suitable response since we will be filing the EAD with our AOS packet?

Hi! I am currently at NVC stage and gathering all civil documents. one document I need to obtain is deportation document as I stupidly overstayed an esta by 2 days a few years back and got removed from the US. I can t seem to find what I m looking for on Google, any help? Thanks in advance !

Does anyone know what happens if our medical exam expires before the CR1 visa is issued please ? I m still waiting for the visa (had my interview 1 month ago on April 5th 2024 and submitted the document CO requested one day after the interview. I had an email advising me the embassy confirmed they had all the documents they needed, my case is pending review. A rather long wait considering CO told me on April 5th it would take 1-2 weeks.

Hi hope you are all doing well. I was reading through posts and can find anyone on a similar timeline to me. I m really starting to get nervous because I ve not heard back and it s been over 60 days USCIS advise for respond to a RIFE.

Applied for I-129F on 14th July 2023.

January 26th 2024 - we received a letter requesting initial and additional evidence.

February 8th 2024 USCIS received our response.

5th May 2024 - still waiting as nothing further from them.

Anyone able to advise or offer any help please? Thank you and sorry for ranting but just become so nervous.
