Wow, I haven't had to get on here in a while which is good but hi everyone! Long time, no talk! :)
It's almost that time to remove my husband's conditions on his greencard. His expires in May some I'm starting early now so I can send it in in February well within the 90 day time frame. I just wanted to post and give you guy's an idea of what I had so far and you can throw ideas at me of what I need to add. I've gotten rusty at the immigration stuff. I feel like I have a pretty good petition put together so far but any advice as always from this wonderful group of people is always welcome!
-Petition (obviously).
-All Receipt and Notices from USCIS regarding any immigration in the past for my husband.
-His birth certificate.
-Our marriage certificate and license.
-A copy of every page in his passport.
-Our driver's licenses.
-Copies of his greencard and work permit card.
-A copy of my photo passport page.
-Copies of him listed as my beneficiary on life insurance policies through work.
-Our medical insurance cards.
-I was going to include our bank statements from November-January since it's recent.
-Our checks stubs from our jobs (last four weeks worth when I send it in).
-A few bills from November-January that have both of our names on it such as water bill and card insurance.
-His truck loan information that has both of our names on it.
-Car insurance that has both of our names on it.
-Airline tickets from when we went to England to visit his family this past Christmas and our AIRBNB receipts from when we went on our anniversary trip to the beach.
-Our property tax information with both of our names on it as well as the deed to our home (since I'm the only one on the loan).
-Taxes filed for the last two years.
-Pictures with descriptions of family stuff since we got his greencard.
-Copies of the documents where we adopted out dog this past July with both of our names on it.
