US Immigration from United Kingdom

Someone on a London K1 forum mentioned that the bank letter, letter from employer and Affidavit of Support letter all had to have a wet signature. Is this true?
I thought that under COVID, photocopies were allowed?

Curious how long I should be waiting to hear that the Phoenix Lockbox (for the California Service Center) has received our I-751 package. I included a G-1145 Petition Acceptance form and proper payment via G-1450.

When we submitted original immigration docs in 2017, we got the notice of acceptance within a week. It s been nearly three weeks now and I m a little concerned about what to do when March 10 hits (current green card expiration) if we don t have the extension letter...

My AOS interview is 3/19 (super excited and nervous) and they've asked me to bring a list of items. One of them being a completed Form I-86

4 (unless already submitted). Now I obviously submitted this with my original package and received no RFE's with my submission.

Question - Do I need to bring this completed form again with me to the interview and if I do, am I taking the tax returns etc from 2019 that I used with my initial submission? I have current W2's and my wife and I filed taxes for 2020 which I can also take with me.

My hubby and I are in the process of filing for our joint taxes. I brought him over last year on a k1 visa and we got married in February, 2020 and then filed for AOS in March of that year. He is still pending for an interview, so therefore doesn't have his green card. He has a social security number though, as well as EAD/AP.

While filling out our return we got to the section about Stimulus payments. I got $1200 the first round, and $600 the second round. My husband never got anything, and we didn't expect he was going to be entitled to any since those stimulus checks were based on 2019 tax returns, and we weren't married then.

Now, I'm using turbotax, and it says we should get the total number a married couple should have got which was $2400 and $1200 respectively. Then it asks if we received that. I was truthful and said we didn't, but now it's giving us a credit of $1800 as recover rebate credit. My question is, are we entitled to that money? I was under the impression we weren't married in 2019, and therefore not entitled to it, and I don't want to mistakingly take money that Is not rightfully ours. What should we do?

Hello all,

My fiancee (US Cit) is moving where her address at the point of the interview (her current address) is different to the address she will be when I arrive into the US (the address that she's moving to).

As such, in the DS-160, I have stated the US Cit address and the address where we will be moving to as different (But this may come off to the embassy as we're living in different houses?). Is this going to cause problems?
If so, should I re-file my DS-160?
