US Immigration from Uganda

Hello members, We want to use a joint sponsor for my AOS because we have a feeling that my partner s income isn't enough. Does my partner has to fill the form too or does the form allow both the joint sponsor and my petitioner fill the same form? The same sponsor filled affidavit of support when I was processing k1 visa and it was approved, but it s like we are green on how this for AOS is done. Please I m a waiting for your advices

I filed FOIA request and received email below which provided link to open the letter. Unfortunately the site is not working and I even tried accessing using mobile network, home wifi, work network and even asked a friend but to no avail. Can anyone in the forum try? Let me know if there are other sites. I logged in to my account and tried to access from FOIA section as well. Thank you.

We are about to file AOS.( done with marriage) If anyone can explain to us what to do, we will appreciate! Can we file for Working license, Social security Number and Adjustment of status at the same time? How can we do it ?What are the supporting documents needed? and what are the wait times? . We are k1 visa category . Thank you very much

My husband is a greencard holder, and I am a US citizen.

I was here in the US the full year of 2021. He was not here at all.

Am I able to claim the EIC, considering that I, the only income earner, was present the full year?

I keep getting conflicting answers, and none of the forums I have read reflect this situation.
