Is FOIA site Down?

I filed FOIA request and received email below which provided link to open the letter. Unfortunately the site is not working and I even tried accessing using mobile network, home wifi, work network and even asked a friend but to no avail. Can anyone in the forum try? Let me know if there are other sites. I logged in to my account and tried to access from FOIA section as well. Thank you.

 

"Your USCIS FOIA/PA request has been submitted and assigned the following control number, NRC2022xxxxzx. An Acknowledgement Letter with important information regarding your request has been electronically delivered to the myUSCIS account you created.
Please log into your account at https://first.uscis.gov to retrieve, view, and download the letter."

not FOIA/PA but the following

 

USCIS will conduct system maintenance to the Contact Relationship Interface System (CRIS) on Wednesday, Apr. 27, 2022 at 11:50 p.m. through Thursday, Apr. 28, 2022 at 3:00 a.m. Eastern.

I just chatted with Emma to get an update on something and she informed me that the USCIS systems are down so can't give me any case information

Thank you. I saw that note yesterday morning Apr 27 around 3pm eastern time so they probably began their system maintenance a little earlier. I will wait until tomorrow.

I contacted FOIA and they confirmed having technical issues which began prior to the scheduled maintenance.

 

"Regrettably, we are experiencing a technical issue within our system that resulted in the error you received.  We are currently working on the issue.
