Recently we submited our documents to the NVC, filled out the affidavit of support fee and the IV fee. today we got a message from the NVC: NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. Please follow your CEAC Home page and https://nvc.state.gov. I am really confused right now on whats missing... do we have to put more documents on what was not listet on that we needed. I really dont know what we need else anyone else was in that situation that can help ???

Hi everyone, I had my AoS interview on April 14 in New York and got an RFE to redo the medical at the interview. I showed them the USCIS page where it said you don't have to redo it if you sent it within one year of filing for AoS, but they said it still expires after one year. I redid the medical as fast as I could and it arrived at USCIS on April 26. My case status still shows "Interview Was Scheduled". The USPS tracking shows that my package was received, should I be worried about the case status not changing? Does anyone have the same experience and an idea how long it normally takes to get a decision after the Medical was received by USCIS?

Hi Guys. After 14 months of waiting we finally got approved on April 5th 2021. 4 days later we recieved an email that the NVC recieved our cases and that we could look in to pay the fees. How long it took you to get done with the NVC documents until you submited everything to the NVC?

Hello! We are preparing our Form I-864 with my us citizen husband among with the I-130 and supporting documentation. 1/ For the I-864, does the sponsor need to provide certified tax transcripts using the form 4506-T (as mentioned in the I-864 instructions) or would the tax transcripts that he can directly download on the IRS website work? I saw different answers online about this matter. 2/Also, the petitioner will be using a joint sponsor for making the income requirement (him and the joint sponsor will provide 3 years income transcripts.) Do I (the beneficiary) need to provide my tax transcripts as well? We will not be using my incomes to make the requirement but since I have worked in the usa for more than 8 years I thought that they might want to see that I paid taxes. Thank you for your help!

Hi everyone! My husband and I just got approved last week on our I-130 petition!! and we recieved the email from the nvc that they recieved our case. Now we're a little bit confused about what fees we need to pay exactly. He applied for me and our daughter and on the CEAC Webside stays an information for fees: " If you are a US citizen with petitions for your unmarried son/daughter or parent also in process at the national visa center, you only need to submit one AOS Fee for this case and all related Cases." so now were not really sure what this means and if we miss a fee that means we cant come forward with the process maybe? Do we have to pay all 4 fees (2 IV fees and 2 AOS fees)? Do anyone know or have experience with this?
