Recently we submited our documents to the NVC, filled out the affidavit of support fee and the IV fee. today we got a message from the NVC:

NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. Please follow your CEAC Home page and https://nvc.state.gov.

I am really confused right now on whats missing... do we have to put more documents on what was not listet on that we needed. I really dont know what we need else 😫

anyone else was in that situation that can help ???

What exactly have you uploaded to NVC?  We can't tell you what's missing either if we don't know what you already submitted.
