US Immigration from Russia

My wife got GC recently and I'm US citizen. We want to file i-130 for my stepson who lives with his father now. I'm e-filing I-130. The form asks me for the "Proof of parent-child relationship". I've already uploaded his birth certificate and the marriage certificate. What should I upload there? Should I just upload the birth certificate the second time?

If your child was not legitimated before reaching 18 years of age, upload evidence showing that a bona fide parent-child relationship existed between you and the child before the child reached 21 years of age. I recently moved and had to update my address. My USCIS account wouldn't let me do it, and instead I tried to do it online using a link that was provided in my account. Then that didn't work either, and I just mailed a paper copy. A week later, I tried the online link again, and surprise it went through on the first try, and I got an email conformation right after, as well as a generated AR-11 pdf for my records. So now, I have two change of address forms submitted for my pending case, and it's been almost a week since i did the online one, and nothing has been reflected on my USCIS account page. I don't want to miss any mail from them, I have USPS mail forwarding set up. Do I need to do anything else, or it's ok to take a while for the new address to appear on file?

Hi there! I am a green card holder about to petition for my spouse and our 3 kids. Question - do I need to do 4 separate I-130 applications?

If yes, will they all get approved at different times? So I then need to create 4 different NVC applications? How can I make sure they all attend the interview at the same time?

Daughter filed AOS and 765 for employment with chicago in same packet but only one i-94 and that was with the AOS. Should she send another copy of the i-94 before she gets a RFE

my daughter filed an AOS for herself, with a priority date of jan 2012, and also for her 3 year old daughter. She just got in the mail a biometic appointment notification for the 3 year old but not for her. Is this normal? Why they would want fingerprints of a 3 year old amazes me.
