ok filed as for daughter and grandkid on 7/26. got notice 8/21 bio for gc then came and completed. just got bio for daughter

My wife's son has been waiting at the US Embassy in Moscow for an interview which is basically closed. She is wondering if he can apply for a student visa while waiting for the possibility of getting a family based immigrant visa.

I gave my wife $50000 two years ago to pay off some of her foreign student loan. Should I include that as evidence of financial interdependence on the I-751 filing?

My wife's son has been waiting for a family based immigrant interview at the US Embassy in Moscow for some time now and along with the pandemic the political situation has brought any hopes of getting that interview to an abrupt halt. NVC has not provided any help as to when, where, or how he (along with others) might proceed to the next step. We've made several attempts to do a third party national case transfer but that didn't work out as we hoped. We've contacted our local government representatives and that also was a dead end. He has been waiting since 2013 and is documentarily qualified but at this point does not have any answers at to what he might do to move things along. Any help would be appreciated.

when the 485 and 765 were sent to the lock box we only forwarded one I-94 whuch was attached to the 485 bundle. Should we send another?
