US Immigration from Russia

Hello. My parents have a pending F-4 petition (brother of a U.S citizen/waiting for an interview status). Since I became a U.S citizen, can I apply for IR-5? I heard it's so much faster since there is no limit on visas. Can my parents have two pending petitions? Thank you

I just wanted to share this here because my husband found it. Biden passed a new EO, which to my understanding, makes it illegal for an US person to send money in USD to any person in Russia. Please read here:

Section 1. (a) The following are prohibited:

(iv) the exportation, reexportation, sale, or supply, directly or indirectly, from the United States, or by a United States person, wherever located, of U.S. dollar-denominated banknotes to the Government of the Russian Federation or any person located in the Russian Federation;

I'm not 100% clear on the "banknotes" thing, does that mean we can still wire money/do digital transfers? Does it mean cash only? It's super unclear, if anyone has insight let me know.

I have "a situation" I applied for i-130 for my father, but during that time he decided to get married, that makes me happy for him, but now I got an issue with his i-130. it was approved couple days ago and I dont know what to do.

He would like to bring his wife to US and live here together happily many years.

But it makes my headeacke even worse. How can I help him, is it any chance to add her into current process, or we have to wait until he physically comes here, got his passport stamped and apply for i-130 for her?

We can t goto Russia to meet due to the sanctions, no credit card can be used in Russia.

my fianc is afraid of moving to America especially with school kids since she is worried about hater to Russia people everywhere

it s hard for Russia to get Schengen visa and where to apply?

where is the best place to meet? My fianc is also worried about questioning by customs officers asking her too many questions in case flee to overseas

All the petitions we've submitted in the past were through the mail but now that an online submission is available we were looking to submit our next petition, that being I-130 for my naturalized husband's mother, online. However my husband, being the petitioner, doesn't seem to be able to access his online account. Like the password can't be found and when he selects forgot password, there's so option to reset, it just says contact help desk but when you do that it sends you back to the same place. My question is, does it matter if he uses a different account? I understand he has an USCIS account number and we don't really want a new one created because this account number is asked for in form I-130 and we want everything connected.

Furthermore I would like to know if anyone has anything to say about their experience submitting form I-130 online verses the one way?
