US Immigration from Russia

Hello!

We will be having our interview in Jerusalem once we get through NVC.

I heard from someone that the US embassy in Jerusalem only accepts criminal records that are mailed directly to them from the country where the record is obtained; and that they will not take records handed to them or uploaded to them by the applicant.

Is this true? Does anyone have experience with criminal records in Jerusalem? Kind of freaking out because I am not even sure how we would have the country mail it directly to them.

So it seems the government has removed all COVID vaccine mandates except for AOS. Does anyone know if they will remove this requirement or am I stuck filing a I-601? Does the I-601 add time to the AOS process? Also, what sequence is the best way to do this? File for AOS along with I-603 and let them know you filed the waiver at the medical exam? Not thrilled to have to pay almost another $1k for a waiver but it is what it is.

I am trying to help my mother in law renew her B2 and not sure what the best way to do that is currently. She is living in Moscow but can go to wherever to renew it. Anyone know the best way to do this currently? She travels to Italy frequently and Ive also heard Khazakastan is a good option to renew it. Any advise would be helpful!

My wife successfully completed her interview at US Consulate in Jerusalem on July 11th. We are planning for her to come to USA permanently in late September, which is after our 2 year marriage mark (Sept 8 is anniversary). Will she be automatically given IR1 since the day she enters US (become Perm Resident) will be past our 2 year anniversary? Wasn't sure how this is handled or if it needs to be brought to someone's attention upon entry. Would like to avoid the whole CR1 and I751 removal of conditions process.
