US Immigration from Russia

Hello. We are on final steps to send our petition package. And we have a question regarding birth certificate. So on official website it says a copy issued by civil registrar or vital records etc

So we have exactly copy of his birth certificate issued by vital records. Do we need to send this document or a printed copy of it?

Still working on my n-400 form. The next question popped up. Before moving to the US my name was in another alphabet. After moving here, I used the transliteration (spelling of my name in English letters) from my current passport for all my American documents to avoid any type of discrepancy.
But in my earlier passports (now expired), I had a slightly different transliteration of my given name used by the officials of my country of birth. I used that passport to travel to the US earlier before any immigration process. Now I am confused. Should I mention that spelling in "Other names used" or it is better to ignore it?

Another question I have is about changing the current spelling of my legal name. The spelling as it is on my documents currently is wrong phonetically, which leads to annoying mispronunciation of my name by Americans. I would like to correct it. Any thoughts on how it delays my naturalization process? If it adds a lot of time, then it would be better to deal with that later.

I'm about to start my K-1 journey, but after doing some reading here it seems like doing a CR-1 may be better, faster, easier. It's my understanding under "'normal" circumstances a K-1 gets my significant other here quicker, but with Covid, and the hassles after she gets here (AoS, SS, etc.), would it be a better choice to just get married now, and file for a CR-1? If it matters, she lives in Russia.

I know no one has a crystal ball, but just seeking advice from those that know much more about this process than me. I have read a few posts from people who got K-1s, but afterwards, wished they had gotten a CR-1. Opinions please.

Hello what is the current opportunity to have a friend come visit me from Russia on a tourist visa? Is it more or less likely now that there are new Covid Restrictions. I understand that people with current tourist visas can now come to the USA. But how about a person without a current one?

And what is the likelihood of them getting approved for a US tourist VISA? Or is it a situation where the State Department is not even accepting applications?

Hello. We are on the last steps to send our I-129F package. The only thing that is left is a / in N/A boxes. So the problem is that Adobe Reader is not allowing to put this symbol in some boxes. Of course it s possible after printing out to fill them by hand but some say that filling out this form by hand will add some additional time for the officer to review. There are barcodes at the bottom of each page and whenever there is something written by hand they check it longer.
That s why we just wanna fill our petition with the lesser amount of handwritten things. And Edge browser pdf reader allows these / . So is it allowed to use it instead of Adobe?
