US Immigration from Russia

Im slowly making plans and wonder. My kids are 10 yo and their father is somewhere in russia, I have absolutely no information about him, he does not pay child support and I even have no clue where he lives and his phone number.

Does anyone had such experience?

How can I get passport for kids in such case? or thats it, they stuck?

Here I married, is it any chance to make my husband their legal guardian?

On page 3, there is a question - Have you ever been previously married?

This is my first marriage. So yes, I'm married now, but not previously married. Does that mean this answer is no?

My USC husband just accepted a job offer that requires moving abroad on government orders. He will work for the military as a civilian, on 2-year contract with an option to prolong. Apparently, I cannot go with him as I am not a citizen yet. Besides, I just recently started a new job myself, and am working towards obtaining a next level professional license that should take another 1,5 years. I have ROC application pending since October 2020. I don't expect an interview as we had one for AOS, however I am aware that it still may be the case.

What will happen if we are summoned for the interview for I-751 and the husband is abroad and can't attend?
Am I still eligible to apply for citizenship under 3-year rule when the husband is out of the country?

My petition was approved on February 22nd. I have called NVC multiple times asking if they have received it and they still have not. They finally told me after 60 days I can email nvcresearch@state.gov and send them my approval notice and information and they will look into it for me. I did that a few days ago and called USCIS today and they said they confirmed they sent it to the NVC on February 23. I asked why is it that some people get a case number within 30 days and its been 64 days for me and they still have no clue where it is? And she said it depends on the petition? How can that be? Is mine just lost in a pile somewhere? She told me to wait 90 days and then call back.

Is anyone else in this situation?? I just want to cry. Please help
